Jordyn POV

...as I layed down on the bed the door unlocked and it was my dad and August,I was surprised at the fact that my dad knew where I was because I thought that we were kidnapped.

"Daddy,what are you doing here and how did you find us" I walk towards the door

"There is no time to explain we need to get the both of you to a hospital" he grabs my hand and pulls me towards the exit as August struggles to keep up

"Why do we hav -" he cut me off

"Jordyn we need to go we don't have time for questions right now when ever we get home I will explain to the both of you what happened and why okay" we were in the car now and were headed to the hospital so I shook my head yes and looked out the window as we drove

~At The Hospital ~

When we got to the hospital,my dad took August to the emergency room and then we went back to the lobby and signed me in so we went to the waiting room. I was so scared that August would lose his life to some random person,wait how did my dad know where we...

"Daddy,can you explain all of this now"

"No baby,wait until we go home there are to many people around"

"But what if August doesn't -" he interrupted

"August is going to make it,believe me I know more than you think I do about August" he looks down and I sit there quiet trying to understand what he just said when they called us back

"Westbrooks'" we followed her to a room and August was in there looking so healthy almost like nothing ever happened to him

I ran up and hugged him, he flinched as I hit his chest with mine embracing the hug

"Oh,I'm sorry"I back away but he pulls me back in his lap

" Nah,you good just a little pain nothing to serious"I look at him confused as fuck

"What do you mean nothing serious ,you just got shot and just had the bullet removed, how does it not hurt" I semi yell at him luckily the door was closed

"Chill out mayne,I got shot many time before and had them removed without pain killers so this is like a lil' cut to me" I just hug him again and them the nurse comes back in the room

"Hi,so what seems to be the problem ma'am ?" she gets ready to write

"She,well we were kidnapped and they were giving her lots of pills and we just want to make sure that there is nothing wrong with her" she wrote down what August said

"Okay ma'am ,all we need to do is run some blood test and if they come up negative then you are good and healthy"

"Okay,thank you"my dad said

"No problem,there will be a wait for the test to come back it is a hour wait so you can go home and then we could call you back if it is positive or not,is that fine with you" she walks towards the door

"Yes,thanks again" she nods and walks out then comes back in shortly after and draws blood and then we leave

~ At Home ~

As we drove up to my house, I asked my dad if he could tell me everything we needed and wanted to know and he hesitated at first but he said yes. So we went inside and sat on the couch,I was sitting by August while my dad sat on the couch in front of us.

"Okay,so I know that both of you are wondering how I knew where you were,well Chelsea and Chris kidnapped you both as a plan of revenge for sending them to jail but Chelsea felt bad for you because she realized that she was hurting her best friend and she didn't want that,so she called me and told me where you both were and what time I would have needed to be there before Chris came and tortured you even more. She gave me the address and I rushed to go and get you guys then took you hospital because she told me that Chris had shot August and that they were giving you guys drugs. Apparently, Chelsea has a soft side for those who she needs in her life she called the police on Chris at the site and he is back in jail and Chelsea said that they broke up because of how violent he was so this brings us to where we are now but at least we are all safe" I just stair at him I just can't believe that they would do that to us but then the questions came

"But why would she want to proceed with doing it if she didn't want to do it in the first place" I give him a puzzled look

"Because she was scared that if she told Chris she was against it then he would kill her for not wanting to get revenge on you two"

"Mayne,that shit fucked up ya heard me,I mean it was just a fight and they wanting to kill a nigga like for real that shit was unnecessary"

"I know but I got to go,oh and call me about that blood test" we walked towards the door

"Yeah okay, thank you daddy. I love you"

"Of course baby girl" I hug him and he kisses my forehead then walks out

~ 10:37 That Night ~

So I was not toxic meaning there were no drugs in my system that could harm me so I was happy. Someone knocked on the door and August got it since I was upstairs

"Jordyn,somebody's here to see you baby" he yelled from the bottom of the stairs

"Okay,I'm coming in a minute" I yell from the top of the stairs

I put on some boy shorts and one of August's hoodies and head downstairs. When I get to the bottom I see my kidnapper and ex friend, Chelsea Watts. I stand there for a minute trying to think  why she be here then I thought that it was for an apology so I sat down on the couch next to August who was playing 2k14 on the ps4. Me and Chelsea made eye contact and it was silent although you could hear the sound of August's game,but he paused it when he realized that no one was talking.

"So what chue hea fo" he said deep in his NOLA accent

"I came because Jordyn's dad wanted me to explain myself -" I thought this bitch here to apologize for what she did"- and to apologize on Chris and I's behalf "oh I was about to say something

"Carry on" I sit back and cross my arms to prepare for what she has to say

"Look Jordyn I know damn well that you are mad as fuck at me right now but you need to chill the fuck out because I don't have to explain myself or apologize, I could just leave you assuming shit but I had the courage to come up in here and fucking do this shit because I don't want to lose my one and only true best friend -" she began to cry and lowered her voice a little"- I just want you to know that I do care about you dearly but I was just caught up in the moment but when Chris shot August,I knew that he was coming for you next and it scared me because I couldn't live without you so from that point on I tried to get Chris to change his mind about all of this and that was why you were in that room because I told him that I didn't want him to hurt you and August was standing up for you strong he said to do what ever to him he just didn't want you to suffer -"she wiped her tears"- I am truly sorry and I really want you to forgive me but I understand if you don't I just wanted you to know how I felt about this whole situation, and thank you for listening"she got up and walked to towards the door and I got up to follow her crying myself

"Chelsea,I forgive you I mean you just,you didn't know what you wanted at the moment so you went along with it,but we will never stop being best friends" we hugged it out and made plans to bond some more after school all week and then she left

I was so relived that Chelsea came to a realization of what she had done it made me more trusting in her,but we will have plenty of time to talk about tomorrow after school.
