I'm promised my self I wouldn't do it ... But it's so tempting.... The thing that can literally destroy months of being clean... Is just there tucked away ... Calling to me ... Telling me I should use it ... But I promised ... I promised myself I wouldn't do it ... That I'll be more stronger ... I don't know I just can't ... Sometimes I want to scream ... I can't do this anymore... I want to scream for help but ... But yet I always keep it to myself

Um I'm not sure how many people are reading my poems but yeah... I've been doing really good lately but I can feel it coming back
