today was tuesday and i was outside of school talking with ryan, my best friend.
"i met a girl yesterday, her name was jayde." i tell ryan
"oh so you found a new girly friend i see" ryan says
"yeah she's... different." i say think of her.
" i wanna take her out though. ashley met her.." i said looking down, and then look up to see ryan's reaction.
" mhm well what did she do." he asks
"she called jayde black trash." i say shaking my head.
" wow i didn't know ash had it in her." ryans says mostly to himself.
"well here she comes." i say watching as ashley approaches us.
" well good luck buddy." ryan pats my shoulder and walks away.
ashley walks straight past ryan and towards me.
" hey babe." she says looking at my while twirling her hair.
"hello ashley." i say rollibg my eyes. "look, ashley, we need to talk." i say looking straight at her.
" okay so let's talk. "she says.
i sigh "look you met my friend jayde yesterday. " i trailed off.
" oh that black girl." she says spitting the two words out like they were venom.
" No, her name is jayde." i say offended by her snide comment.
"look ashley I'm breaking up with you. "i say looking her in the eyes searching for emotions.
" whyyy? "she wines
"because you offended my friend. what you said was just not acceptable. " i say shaking my head.
" but you barely even know her. "she wines again.
" oops?. goodbye ashley."i say
"whatever." she says standing up leaving.
once she is gone i smile shaking my head. i might actually have a chance with jayde.
i get up and walk into the school. i see jayde walking to class. i hug and catch up to her.
" Hey, goodmorning jayde. " i say smiling.
"morning justin. shouldn't you be with your girlfriend?"she asks with a smirk
"no i broke up with her. " i say shrugging
" why?" she asks laughing.
because i want you.
"because she was rude to you." i say looking at jayde.
" look jayde do you want to go out for snow cones later?" i ask
"yeah sure, what time? "
"4:30 after school, dress comfortable. " i wink
"ok you're on justin. "she says shaking my hand.
we walk to history class together and wait for it to start since Mr. Jackson was not here yet.

it was now lunch since the day was going by fast. i was sitting at a table with ryan.
" i asked jayde out on a date sort of. "I tell ryan.
" oh really?, where you takin her? " he asks.
" out fire snow cones. i have nothing to do and i wanted to spend time and get to know her. " i say smiling at the thought. you a/n (;)
"alright mate, good I'm going to sit with jada." he says referring to his girlfriend across the room.
