I wake up I look around I'm in my bedroom how did I end up here Ken must have put me here when I fell asleep watching the movie, Ken is so amazing that was the best date I've had in a long time.

Toni cell rings it's her lawyer

Toni: hello

Lawyer: hello Mrs Lewis I need to meet with you tomorrow to discuss your divorce with Mr Lewis @ 3 here in Atlanta

Toni: it's Ms Braxton and yes I can meet you at your office @ 3 tomorrow

Lawyer: Sorry I know you are ready to get this over with soon

Toni yes I'am so I can move on to the next chapter in my life

Lawyer: ok see you soon (hangs up phone)

Toni Pov

I'm ready to get this divorce from Keri so I can have a life with Kenny,but I also have to think about my boys too they don't deserve this but this is the choice Me and Keri made because we were having too many arguments and he couldn't keep a job it was stressful being the " bread winner" plus he cheated on me every time I went on tour,even when I was doing my show in Vegas I had enough I wasn't going to just " settle" just to have a husband by my side so we separated.

Keri Pov

I'm still mad at Toni for setting me up I can't believe she did that to me but I have something for her ass when she meets up with her lawyer I'm going to request for spousal support she's going to have to give me $50,00 a month including a car.I will be glad when this is over so I can move on with my life although I think about my boys at times and think how it's going to hurt them I love them very much and I miss them let's see how this goes

Toni and her assistant fly to Atlanta

At Lawyer office

Lawyer: hello Ms Braxton how are you
  (Shake hands)
Toni: I'm doing great

Lawyer: ok let's go to my office to look at the paper work

Toni and the lawyer go to his office while they are going over all the paper work Keri walks in

Lawyer: hello Mr Lewis we were just going over the paper work and your request

Toni: what request?

Lawyer: Keri has requested that he gets $50,000 a month  in spousal support and a car

Toni: what? Hell No! I'm not paying Keri one red cent this is my money I worked hard for this money not Keri

Keri: Toni I need the money I  need it  to get on my feet and the BMW I helped you get when we first got married cause my name is on the lease you only made the payments so it's really my car

Toni:( laughing ) you are crazy as hell! But you haven't seen crazy until now according to the documents that we singed before we got married you owe me Child Support for $50,000 each and spousal support for $80,000 a month so that brings to total to $180,000 leaving you with nothing except what you came into this marriage with so the only thing you will be getting is the car

Lawyer: And I advise that we come to a agreement about visitation with the boys

Keri: Toni and I decided to Co-Parent she will have full custody cause she is a good mother to the boys  and I will have the boys in the spring during spring break and the first part of the summer

Lawyer: Is that correct Ms Braxton?

Toni: Yes Keri is a good father and the boys need to have a relationship with their father

Lawyer:  So now that's settled let's talk about the money according to these documents that were signed Mr Lewis you will have to pay Child Support and Spousal Support to Ms Braxton and according to the car dealership you will get the car and

Keri is in shock that he won't get nothing from Toni and he has to pay her $180,000 a month

Keri: This is some bullshit

Lawyer: I think that we can come to a settlement and keep this out of court for the sake of the children and the media getting their hands on this

Toni: I agree

Keri: I agree

Keri,Toni,and The Lawyer talk things out and come to a settlement

Toni Pov
I told Keri he was in for a fight but I wouldn't keep the boys away from him he is a great father it was just shocking to see (undercover) that he was interested in men as well but time bring about a change and people change so life goes on I'm just glad this is over with

Lawyer: Ms Braxton Mr Lewis now that we have come to a agreement in 10 day your Divorce will be final

Toni,Keri and the Lawyer shake hands and leave his office

In Lobby

Keri: Well Toni I guess this is goodbye

Toni: goodbye Keri

They walk out the building cameras are everywhere damn TMZ

Well I'm glad this is over I'm sad that it's final it's official I am divorced and I have to find another job

Toni Pov
I'm glad it's over now I can start my life with Kenny I'am officially Divorced!
