Chapter 10

Minato's POV

Me, Yukari and Junpei spied on Minako.
Why? We noticed that she's a bit off since this morning. We asked Akihiko-senpai if something happened to Minako but all he said was "She's fine, I guess"

We tried to figure out what's happening on her but she just said she's fine and nothing was happening. But I'm not buying that.

"Mina-chan!" Junpei approached Minako. I just looked at them. Minako was not happy, I know. I asked Junpei to do the job and he was somewhat happy. I asked him if he could change the mood of my sister, I would treat him one special ramen.

Minako's POV

"Mina, come on. Tell me why are you so down. I mean, you usually smile at everything" Junpei said. I looked down. I can't even tell why I'm down! Why am I sad?

"I-I don't know. I'm just not in the mood today, Junpei" I said. Then a girl passed through me whispering "Slut" in my ear.

"Look at Minako! She's with another guy! Ughh, I can't stand that bitch! Stop hanging out with Akihiko if you already have that goatee, you bitch!" Another girl said.

"Mina..." Junpei called. His fist were clutched "How dare that girl call you a bitch?!" He said. I started to cry "Oh... n-no, s-sorry Mina."

"I-Its okay. I just wanted to let my tears out. You know how I feel?" I said. Junpei wiped my tears away and dragged me at the gym.

"Mina, I can't afford you being all sad and teary. You should always smile! You have the prettiest smile in this campus! No one could ever imitate your smile. And don't mind those insecure bitches. They're just jelous coz you can hang out with Akihiko-senpai and they can't." Junpei said. "Look at me." I looked at him "I know I'm not good at comforting people but trust me, I may look like a goatee bastard but I can make you smile, Mina. Always remember that Me, Your brother, Yukari and your other friends are always here for you." He added. I let out a cry once more and hugged Junpei.

"Thank you, Junpei." I said not letting go of him. He patted my head "Okay, let it all out Mina" I cried on his shoulder

He took me back to the dorm. "Welcome back." Mitsuru-senpai greeted

I saw Akihiko-senpai

"Akihiko-senpa---" he didn't looked at me or greeted me. That moment, I knew he's angry. My heart suddenly dropped in sadness.

"All of you, meet me at the 4th Floor Command Room. I have something important to announce" Mitsuru said and walked away.

Minato and Yukari arrived

"Hey, Mina-chan." Greeted Yukari. I smiled weakly. My brother just smiled at me. Then Akihiko was on my mind. Why didn't he looked at me or even notice me? I mean... did I do something?

We gathered at the Command Room and sat down.

"Okay so, Junpei? Come here for a sec." Mitsuru beckoned Junpei to stand next to her. Junpei stood there.

"I know that we have enough party to defeat shadows but, we need more power to defeat all of them. And I am here to count Junpei Iori as part of S.E.E.S." We all looked at Junpei who's rubbing his back neck. "After a few test, Iori has the potential" She added

"Welcome aboard!" Minato greeted. Akihiko arrived and I didn't looked at him

"Its clear" he said

"Okay, grab your weapons. We'll be going somewhere." I grabbed my Naginata, Minato grabbed his Shortsword, Yukari grabbed her Arow and Bow and Junpei grabbed his Longsword. Each one of us has an evoker and its all clear

"Okay let's go!" Mitsuru said. We got out and ran to the direction where the school is.

"Uh, where are we going again?" Junpei asked.

"Shut up and just walk, Stupei" Yukari said. They all looked calm

"What's wrong Mina? You okay?" My brother asked

"Y-Yeah. I'm fine" I said and continued walking. I looked at Akihiko who looked serious and something was bothering him. I wanted to ask him but I can't.

"Here we are" Mitsuru announced.

"Why here?" Junpei asked.

"You'll see. Its almost midnight" Minato looked at his watch.

Then the dark hour began. I looked at the school and gasped on what I was seeing.

"What the?! What's happening?!" Junpei asked. Minato and Yukari just looked at the school.

"When the dark hour occurs, the school changes and it becomes Tartarus"

"Tartarus? What is it? A toothpaste?" Asked Minato. Junpei chuckled "Good one man. But seriously, what is that?"

"Its is a labyrinth full of shadows. We don't know much about Tartarus because me and Akihiko weren't stronger enough to reach the top of the tower. But now that we havr enough members, we can enter it." Mitsiru- senpai entered.

We followed her. As we enter the tower, I noticed a blue door. Then my key light up and the door opened

I saw a familiar blue room and a long nosed man and that butler boy.

"Is this.... the Velvet Room?"

"We meet again. I see you have entered the Tower and you have opened the door without me summoning you." Igor said "You see the Velvet Key is for you to open the door and make contact with me and Theodore. But there will be times that I will be summoning you from your dreams." Igor said "Let me explain something to you. You and your brother have the same power but yours is stronger. Both of you can summon as many persona as you like! But Minato's ability have limitations. You both can fuse personas' and have more power"

"I see"

"Now then, please take care. Your friends are waiting, until we meet again" Igor said and Theo bowed down.

"Earth to Minako. Hello? Are you there?" Yukari snapped me.

"You okay Minato?" I heard Junpei asking Minato.

"Geez! What happened to you Mina? For a second I thought you lost it."

"Sorry..."

"OKAY! so all of you will be entering. From here, I'll be guiding you on what's ahead of you and what you're going to do." Mitsuru-senpai said.

"Alright, I'll be assigning a leader." Akihiko senpai looked at us.

"Pick me!" Junpei said.

"Uh... Minako. You'll be the leader" he awkwardly said. I nodded

"What? But she's a girl!"

"Yeah, she's a girl. But she can handle the evoker without any problem. Also Minato. They both have the same unique power to fight the shafows like a pro. So stop complaining and follow her order" Akihiko defended.

"Okay, just tell me when you're ready" Mitsuru said.

"Let's get going!" Junpei said excitedly. Yukari and my brother nodded.

This is just the beggining of my fun year
