Aaron's gut dropped. His parents were going to kill him for the windows. But besides that, they have found them.
Carmine grabbed Aaron's shoulder and gave it a reasurring squeeze. He, too, was scared of this situation. He knew it would come, but never this soon. Aaron was the only one prepared, Carmine had no actual fighting power, he could only give them some precious time they would have in this fight.
The .38 magnum shook in Morgan's hands. She had no clue how to fire it, or if it was off safety and accidently fired it. She was never prepared mentally for this and she had no powers whatsoever. She grabbed Carmine's hand and squeezed it. Carmine grabbed Aaron's hand and they walked down the stairs.
Carmine was ready to stop time at any moment if he had to.
Aaron mentally grabbed a snow globe which was levitating behind him like an apparition, he was ready to knock it into anyone's head if he had to.
Morgan clutched the gun.
They reached the bottom of the stairs, no one. They walked into the living room where the window was completely smashed in, Aaron uttered a few curses under his breath at the person who did this.
"We need to split up," Carmine whispered.
"You make that sound so calm," Morgan whispered back with a shakey voice," you at least know how to use what you're capable of. I've never fired a gun in my life!". Aaron slapped his hand over her mouth as she was getting too loud. The slapping sound seemed to echo down all the hallways nd rattle the framework of the house. Carmine face-palmed, quietly with no slapping noise.
"Look," Carmine said with some edge," We have to split up. If I hear anything I'll stop time for you. If I hear a gun go off I will immediatly stop it because Morgan will possibly have almost shot herself. Ok?"
Everyone nodded in agreement, although Morgan shot Carmine an icy glare.

Aaron had elected to go to the kitchen and dining room. He walked ever slowly into the kitchen and stopped, he thought he saw a shape run into the living room, where Morgan was sitting with her gun, off safety, to be ready.
He dismissed the shape as a trick of his mind and walked to the island. He snatched the snow globe from the air next to him and put it on the island. He leaned on his elbows and but his chin in his hands, he was too paranoid.
Aagin he thought he saw the shadow running towards Morgan's room, but he dismissed it again. He again snatched up the snow globe and continued toward the dining room. The dining room was the room his parents were most proud of. It had chandelere hanging exactly above the middle of the table and huge windows on the eastern wall. The table was a beautiful curly maple and the chairs were very ornate, almost as if someone had taken a tiny knife so they could make the most intricate designs on it. He went and sat in one of the chairs and looked hard at the wall, thinking he saw the shadow again. The medication, he thought to himself and went to get a drink.

Morgan sat scared in the living room. What a waste of her life this would be if she died. She put the gun next to her and brought her knees up to her chest. This will change her life forever if she saw what Carmine and Aaron were talking about, she started composing her obituary if she got caught in a cross fire.
'Morgan Anaston, a girl of 15, died last night of a gun shot wound. She didn't really get to live her life so there is not much here. She could've been an amazing guitarist, but she died to early for anyone to realize. That is all.'
She was satisfied that if Carmine and Aaron saw that in the paper they would feel terrible.
A noise in the corner turned her attention back to her fear. She saw a shadow run across the wall and a thin sweat covered her brow. She grabbed the gun and clutched it to her.
The shadow stood and looked as if it was looking at her, then started to materialize. She panicked.

Carmine heard the shot and brought time to a halt, hoping it was quick enough he ran into the living room to see the described scene.
Morgan stood transfixed with terror as she held the gun. It had fired and the flash and bullet were just starting. There was somehow a man in the corner with a bewildered look as he stood infront of a little girl. He, too, was carrying a gun. It looked like a comical gun fight with how they looked and how they were holding there weapons, Carmine uttered a small laugh at this. He grabbed the bullet from the air and set it on the floor, took Morgan's and the man's guns and set them on the floor too because they obviously didn't know how to use them and stood back, slowly releasing time. He watched it all play out in motion and heard Morgan's scream ripping from her throat, he plugged his ears bracing for the hurricane. The sound started quiet then louder and louder, then the bullet exploded on the floor and everything stopped.
"BAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Carmine laughed as he looked at the man and Morgan's expressions. The man looked him in the eyes.
"You-," he began but Carmine gave him an icy glare.
"No," he said," you. You broke into this house and tried to kill us! I don't think that there should be any explenation here! Aaron!". Aaron came running in from the hall. "Tie this man to the chair!". Aaron grabbed a chair and concked the man on the head, knocking him out. Then a little figure jumped on Morgan.
"Oh my gosh!! Get this thing off me!!!" she yelled in anguish as a little girl was pulling her hair. They grabbed her off Morgan and knocked her out to. They found a rope in one of the closets and tied them both to a chair.
They both regained conciousness a little whil later.
Carmine glared at the man," who are you?" he asked sternly.
"Well, Carmine," he said, this unsettled him," that's no way to talk to your dad."
Carmine stumbled back. "WHAT!!!! MY FATHER DIED HOW COULD YOU!!!!"
"Because I," he said, "am Willis."
Carmine just gaped.
