Rescuing a heart in need with crystal healing helps to infuse your heart chakra with loving energy from the earth itself- lending well to extending curative restoration to both the upper and lower chakras. As the bridge in which the lower and higher vibrational energies center meet, the heart serves as a mediator between the planes of the physical and ethereal.

To connect with your heart chakra lie on your back and place a green colored gemstone on your heart center. Feel the outpouring of love and creation the universe went into creating the stone sitting before you. As you may imagine, the throat chakra governs our ability to communicate ourselves vocally and express our innermost feelings. Those with healthy throat chakras are able to handle the truths of their lives, and are confident enough to stand up for themselves and against the things they do not believe in. The fifth chakra plays an integral part of establishing connections with others; if we are unable to communicate our honest thoughts we are unable to make lasting connections and life lines with those who matter.

In cases where the throat chakra is blocked, we may suffer from compulsive lying, or the inability to stand up for ourselves entirely- allowing events to unfold in our lives without taking action or vocalization against them.

Those with substance use disorders may have a tendency to be manipulative, which is a function of an imbalance within the Throat chakra. It is not that people suffering from addiction are purposefully attempting to lie to their families and loved ones- although it does come into play with addiction, as our brain chemistry is perverted- this aliment is further cemented with an impeded throat chakra. Hiding one's true feelings, and harboring harmful secrets for others, or from others, cause acute imbalances in our ability to communicate to others and ourselves.

Realigning your throat chakra sanctions the acknowledgement the things you have to say are important and worthy of being expressed. Do not allow your self-doubt to keep you silent against the world.
