I sat in the kitchen with a new guy I was hiring as a bodyguard he suppose to be taking Luther place and came recommend by Ghost. "So Ceaser you willing to risk your life for my family" he nodded "Yes sir as long as I work for you no harm will come to your family" I looked at him "So what all have Ghost told you this job Intells" before he could open his mouth Max and Kiah appeared at the bottom of the steps dressed and about to go. "Give me a minute Ceas" I got up and walked over to Max "Here take my card and remember get whatever she need for school and go ahead and get yourself some more stuff while your out" she nodded "But don't leave just yet I'm sending the new guy with you" she frowned "Why can't Ghost come I don't know him". I sighed "Because I wanna test him see what he about" she nodded "Ok" I smiled bending down I kissed Kiah "Be good don't give Max a heard time and listen to whatever she says" she nodded "Ok daddy" I stood back up walked back to Ceaser.
"Ok Ceaser those ladies by the door are my world heart and I need to go with them to the mall if anything happens to my girls your head will be my next trophy got it" he nodded "Yes sir you have my word nothing will happen" I waved the girls over "Max, Kiah this is Ceaser our new bodyguard. Ceaser this is my daughter Kiah and my girl Max take care of them while y'all out" he nodded shaking they hands "Like their my own sir" I nodded "Good take the keys to the Denali you drive any and everywhere they have to go" I watched as they walked out and then made my way upstairs to get ready for my day.
After I showered and got dressed I grabbed everything I needed before making my way to the spot on the south side. The south side wasn't my main trap but it was close to it, it made almost as much money as the main spot do. But I wasn't coming here for business I was coming here to get shit straight between me and Keem after finding out he basically let Max and the girls fuck Yanna up and told them where Danni was I believe I owe him an apology and trust me it's rare when I feel like I have to apologize. Riding down the street I passed up a couple of my workers they nodded at me and I nodded back before putting my eyes back on the road. Pulling up to the spot I parked my car dapped up the guard and made my way in before I walked to the office I stopped in the kitchen to make sure shit was getting done. Just like any other trap I owned the kitchen was full of naked bitches cooking cutting and weighing product "Aye bitch get yo ass up you are paid to work not sit on yo ass" the girl got up frowning before putting on a mask and getting back to work. Leaving the kitchen I made to the office that mostly Keem used but was mines.
When I walked into the office Keem was sitting with Renzo he was like third in command up under Keem he kept everything at my south side trap running smoothly. "How you doing boss" I nodded at Renzo "I'm smooth let me holla at Keem real fast" he nodded leaving the room I closed the door behind him "What's up" Keem spoke I sat down opposite of him "I wanted to discuss somethings. You know I'm not good with apologies but Max and Micah let me know what happen when they came to the house and I wanna say it takes a loyal dude to do what you did and I should've known you didn't know about them taking Max" he nodded "Kari you my brother from another you feel me we been rocking since 5th grade we started in these streets together and when you can up you brought me with you we been a couple tough times together from my moms passing to Kiah being born and all that I wouldn't go behind yo back and harm someone you consider family because your family is my family and I felt like for Yanna to even get involved she had to have some type of feelings for your or something and not only that she went against family friend or not you never help your family enemy but you my boy and all is forgiven" I nodded and got up he stood up too dapping each other up we did a bro hug and walked out the office together. We decided to leave the south side and go to the main trap we had to discuss how we were going to handle Danni and send a street guy to see where the got Yanna whatever we did I wanted to make sure they couldn't plot again.
Max....
Me, Micah, Kiah, and our new body guard Ceaser walked through the mall looking for different stores we could go into for these school clothes. "I'm mad ol dumb ass really got somebody to go every where with you like you the queen of England or something" I laughed at Micah "Girl tell me about it got people looking at us crazy talking about he want to keep us safe if anything this nigga attracts attention" she nodded "Yes not only is he tall and chocolate the man is fine" I looked back at Ceaser to see him already looking at us he smiled and turned back around "You right about that" she laughed "I wonder if he got a woman" I looked at her "Girl you like 17 with a full man what you talking about" I finished off with a laughed she giggled too "Damn you right but it can't hurt to look" I nodded "Look lets go in footlocker get her gym shoes and boots then justice, gap kids, and shoe place cause she go need dress shoes too then after we get everything we need for her we an do a little shopping for ourselves" I said Micah nodded "Sounds like a plan". With that being said we made our way around Galleria Mall.
After two hours at the mall we ended getting Kiah 2 pair of Jordan's, 2 pair of timberlands, 2 pair of flats, and some uggs and some sandals which is 8 pairs of shoes total along more hair bows and at least 20-30 school uniforms ranging from skirts to pants to shorts, skorts and more. I had five bags of my own and Micah had four. Micah carried both my and her bags and I carried a sleeping Kiah and Ceaser had all of Kiah's things. Soon as we got to the car I used one hand to open the door as I put Kiah in her chair after strapping her in I grabbed my bags from Micah "Thank you girl if you want you can come to the house I'm thinking about grilling" she smiled "Bitch you mention food I'm there with bae on my arms" I laughed "Ok see you there" she nodded as she walked to her car I climbed in the backseat with Kiah and Ceaser pulled off. "Aye Ceas do you think you can stop at the grocery store" he nodded "Yes ma'am no problem" I frowned "Call me Max I'm not old enough to be called ma'am" he nodded as he drove to our destination.
We pulled up at food town almost fifteen minutes later and Kiah was still sleep. Ceaser came and opened my door I thanked him and went to grab Kiah he stopped me "It's ok I got it Max" I looked at him "You sure I was just go out her in a buggie and wake her up" he nodded I grabbed a buggie he sat her in it and I lightly shook her "Wakey Wakey love" she wiggled wiping her face it was cutest thing I seen I promise she made me want to have kids she looked at me with droopy eyes "Why we at the grocery store Maxy" I smiled "Because I'm barbecuing tonight" she nodded as we walked in the store handing her my phone "Call your daddy and see if he needs anything while we were here" she nodded and went to his picture pressing it before putting the phone to her ear. "Hi daddy...yes I was good...I miss you too daddy...but daddy me and Maxy at the market she said do you need anything....ok" she handed me the phone "He wants to talk to you" I sighed grabbing the phone I put it to my ear to talk "Yes Kari she listened...boy do you want something from the market I'm grilling tonight.....Alright see you when you get home" I have the phone back to Kiah I heard her say I love you too before she looked at the phone to hang up. After grabbing ribs, chicken, steak and corn on the cob along with some red potatoes and baby onions I made my way to the register after paying for he food I was on my way out the door when someone caught my eye it was Nia and it was as if she felt me looking at her because she looked right up at me her mouth drop and my world froze it wasn't until I heard her say my name that something in me clicked and everything in me told me to leave as fast as I could and that exactly what I did pushing the cart with all the bags I speed walked to the truck throwing everything in the car I hurried to put Kiah in when I seen her coming out the door I hopped in he truck and that's when she took off running towards the truck "Go ceas go" he pulled off and sped out the Parkin lot I looked out the window to see she had stopped running I sat back in my seat taking a deep breath only to wonder what was she doing in Houston.
