Today was my third month appointment this was probably the only appointment that I had that wasn't scheduled the same day as Max. I was in my mirror fixing my clothes waiting for Mack to call and just by looking at myself I could tell I had gained some weight. Even though in the begging I wasn't so happy about it I had to realize God made no mistakes and maybe this was happening for a reason and now I was ok with the fact that I had a life growing inside me walking into my mothers room I spoke. "Hey ma" she looked up and smiled "Hey baby you ready" I nodded "Yea just waiting for Mack" she nodded "Ok make sure you eat something and drink some water don't forget your vitamins" "Ok ma you need anything while I'm out" she shook her head "No James bringing me back what I need" just then my phone rang.

I walked outside to see Mack waiting for me he got out the car to open my door "Thank you" he nodded and really didn't say much. I guess that was expected we really haven't been talking lately if it wasn't about the babies we didn't speak "You've gained a lil weight I see" I sighed I guess it was noticeable "Yea mom said you gain weight two times faster when you have twins" he nodded and we pulled off. Periodically throughout out the drive his phone would go off and he would look at smirk and text back I shook my head it's only been a month and he already got another bitch "Can you take me to get something to eat afterwards" he nodded as we pulled into the parking lot "Yea but we won't be able to stay I got plans" I nodded "Okay" he parked the car got out and came to help me out we walked into the building I signed in for my appointment and went to sit and wait.
"So how have you been feeling Max" I sighed "I've been good doc I haven't really had much nausea so I'm fine" he nodded "Well according to your chart you put on 10 pounds" I nodded "Yea I got a lil weight gain going on" he smiled "That's good means your babies are healthy but you on the other had your blood pressure is just a little high so take it easy on the junk foods". I nodded "Ok doc" he smiled "Alright let's take a look at your babies lay back and lift your shirt" I did as told and looked over at Mack he just looked at my stomach. I shivered from the cold gel being applied he wrapped the band with the CTG on my belly to monitor the heart rather then grabbed the doppler for the ultrasound "Both heartbeats are present and strong now let's see if we can see the babies it looks as if there cuddling" I smiled "Uh doc do you think we could do the 3D so we could really see them" I looked over at Mack this was the only thing he had said the whole time the doctor nodded turned a nob and pressed a button and before I knew I could see all my babies features in like a sepia tone.
