The game was the same as usual, the bleachers were completely packed by the time we got there.

Heather made her way to the other cheerleaders as I made my way to the bleachers, the only place I could find a seat was the students section. I hated sitting there all, all the kids acted so snobby.

I made my way there since I didn't have much choice in the matter.

I sit next to a red head that I recognized to be this year's homecoming queen. Just great!

I sit down as she gave me a snooty look then turned back around to talk with her friends. It was times like this I wish I had more than one friend.

I decide to focus my attention to Heather and the other cheerleaders as they warmed up.

The football players made their way to the field to warm up as well. That is when my heart seemed to start pounding, luckily it was so loud from the crowd or else someone I'm sure would have heart it.

Jake was passing the ball to another player on our side of the field, he didn't have his helmet on yet. He was was smiling as he passed the ball with a perfect spiral effortlessly, running his hands through his dirty blonde hair, some stray hair fell back by his big, beautiful, blue eyes.

I swear they were so bright you could see them from the fourth roll of the bleachers where I sat.

Thank God he finally put his helmet on and started jogging to the other side of the field.

I swear if he had stayed a minute longer u would have went into cardiac arrest just from the mere sight of him.

I had to focus on anything else so I focused my attention back to Heather, she was smiling as if she knew something that I didn't.

I blushed and started watching the game as they kicked off. I was almost glad to see the season coming to an end so I wouldn't have to torture myself watching Jake be Jake. Perfect! It was bad enough I had a class with him at school.

Just then Jake threw the ball an ungodly distance as another player made the catch running into the end zone. The crowd screamed loudly while the red head and her friends next to me started chanting Jake, Jake, Jake, Jake! He bowed down to the crowd before running to the sidelines. My gosh! Why did he have to be so perfect?

The rest of the game went as expected with a big win for the home team.

The crowd rushed to the field, meanwhile a bunch of players picked Jake up to their shoulders to celebrate.

I just sit there as a ton of people ran by me as if I didn't exist, go figure right.

Of course the red head that was next to me moments before ran into Jake's arms as the other players put him back on the ground. He looked kind of confused but hugged her back nonetheless.

Of course she would be his girlfriend, makes perfect sense, She is beautiful, has long, wavy, dark red hair, tall, but not too tall with a few freckles and a killer body. She looked like a mix between a model and an A list Hollywood actress.

So the play maker was with the beauty queen, didn't see that one coming!

Rylee Sampson was the luckiest woman in the world.

****************

I made my way out of the stadium entrance. I knew Heather would take at least ten minutes if not more. Her cheer coach loved to give the squad heart to hearts after every game.

As I was waiting I saw Jake standing a few cars over with... You guessed it, none other than the Rylee Sampson. Rylee started to lean in to kiss Jake but he stopped her. My curiosity got the best of me so I couldn't turn away. She looked angry as they started arguing, he finally got in his car as she stomped off going toward her friends.
