Chapter 2

Emi was in her room in a meditating position on her floor, with her eyes closed and a relaxed expression was on her face.  Emi was the only one besides Leader and Konan that had their own room.  He had given Emi the extra room that he had let Miyaka use when she was working for him temporarily.

A knock was heard at her door.  Her eyebrow twitched slightly, and she ignored it.  It came again, but louder this time.  And she ignored it again.  Her door was suddenly thrown open, the back hitting the wall with a bang.

Her eyes snapped open from the sound of cracking on her wall.  She looked over to her wall and stared at it.

"You still doing that?  She's gone."  Hidan's voice was heard, but she didn't hear him.  Her attention was on the hole that was now on her wall from the door handle hitting it.

Snap.

Something in her mind went off.

"Hey, are you listening?"

Snap.

She stood and stomped over to him glaring right at his face.  She removed one of her gloves and slammed it into his chest.  But before she added any chakra to activate her powers Itachi yanked him out of her reach.

Her hand just sparked slightly before she put her glove back on.  And looked up at Itachi bored.

"He put a hole in my wall,"  She explained, "and entered my room without permission."

"Well, you didn't answer your fucking door yo-"

Slam.

She slammed her door in his face before he could finish.

Itachi just sighed.  "You remember what Leader told you, don't you?  'Don't piss her off unless you have a death wish,'  with her abilities even you will be killed, Hidan."

He scoffed and stomped down the hall.

After Emi heard his footsteps leave she sighed and looked at the hole.  Her room was spotless, not a crack in the wall, nothing was out o place.  But now she had a hole in her wall and it's going to drive her nuts until she had time to fix it.

She was peacefully meditating until he had disturbed her.  She was trying to pinpoint where her Sensei was to make sure she was alive, and what she was up too.  But she wouldn't allow her to make a connection.

Everyday Emi would do the same thing, acting like she was trying to find out if Miyaka was alive in the Akatsuki's eyes.  But she was just checking up on her.

With Miyaka blocking her all she could hear was her heartbeat.

Thump thump.

That all she needed to push forward.  She smiled and went to her window looking at the sky.

'As long as you're alive Sensei, that's all I need.'  She thought to herself.

A young woman walked down the path that was deep in the woods.  The trees were so thick that you could barely see through the top of the trees.  Her red hair that reached her tailbone blew wildly with the wind.  She brushed some out of her bright green eyes so she could see clearly ahead of her.  She was wearing a white tank-top with a black one over top, her black shorts were halfway on her thigh, not too short or too long, her black ninja sandals crunched leaves along the path.
