Lily's POV

I remember everything. I remember walking in on Taylor with some skank on his lap riding him like there was no tomorrow. I remember running away to the empty streets, away from my own party. My 19th birthday party. I remember stopping in a small alley and crying my eyes out. I remember going to the club through the back door that was in the alley to get drunk and hopefully find someone to fuck to get back at Taylor. I remember dancing like my life depended on it. And the last thing I remember, was a pair of blue eyes that could tear you apart from the reality and take you to dreamland.

I groaned as I started to wake up slowly. The memories of last night still engraved in my mind. That moment hunted me, the moment I saw Taylor in MY bed with someone else in MY birthday party. My boyfriend of 3 years... Before I even could realize that I wasn't in my own bed my tears started to stroll down my nose and fall onto the white pillow beneath my aching head. I always have the worst hangovers but at this moment, I couldn't feel anything but the pang in my chest.

"Wake up." I heard a cold voice say from behind me. I turned around to see a tall masculine guy leaning against the door frame. "You already caused me enough trouble kid. Now leave."

What the hell? Did I spend the night with someone else? I looked under the blankets letting out a sigh of relief when I saw I still had my clothes on.

"What happened?" I asked the guy, my voice barely coming out of my throat.

"Get out of my bed. Now." Wow this guy sure is kind and warm. I obeyed him not wanting a fight or anything and looked for my shoes. After I spotted one of them under the bed and the other one on the couch I made my way out of the room following the tall masculine guy. I'm telling you he could pass as a tree in the park and no one would notice. He looked around 30 and let me tell you he was really gorgeous. looking at him was like a treat for my eyes. I felt blessed. Until of course he started talking.

"Now leave." He stretched his hand and pointed to the door.

"Wait. I need to know what happened last night."

He sighed shaking his head for a moment but then started talking. "You were dancing, I came to you, we went to my car, we started making out and then..." He flinched before finishing his sentence "you threw up in my mouth."

I put my hand on my mouth to prevent myself from laughing but it was no success. He glared daggers at me, and boy if glares could kill...

"Why the hell you laughing?" He was annoyed, very  vey annoyed.

"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry." I held my breath to control my laughter. I can only imagine his face at that moment, that beautiful gorgeous face.

"Get out." He pointed at the door again as his jawline was clenched possibly at the remembrance of the mishap from last night. Not wanting him to literally throw me out like the smelly cat I nodded.

"Where am I?" He looked at me clearly annoyed. "I need the address to tell my friend to pick me up." He gave me the address and I called Cece but she wasn't answering. Of course she wasn't, the bitch is never a help.

"Can't you call anyone else?" He said as he ran his hand through his dirty blonde hair.

"Well my parents are out of town and Cece's not answering." I shrugged.

"What about Taylor?" I frowned in his direction.

"What?"

"You were shouting his name all night." He took a sip of his coffee as he leaned that perfect body against the counter. I dropped my head and looked at the floor unsure of what to say. "Shit." I heard him curse under his breath. "Come here. Sit." He gestured me to sit on one of the kitchen stools. I'm sensing he realized Taylor wasn't a choice. "I'll give you coffee and then will drop you off at your house and that's it. We'll part ways and never see each other again. Got it?" I nodded multiple times with a smile of appreciation. He started eating his breakfast after he handed me my coffee.
