Caught up in the Middle Sequel to I cry just a Little

Pain and Tears

Ella put Thalion on the ground and crossed her arms knowing who exactly is behind all this. It was obvious it was the person standing right in front of her, Ally.

"I would like to ask the same thing." Ella said, Ally was furious because part one of her plan worked out pretty well. Everything was running so smooth but she didn't think Ella would travel back to Middle Earth. She was angry that she felt like the danger of Mordor in her skin.

Ally soon marched towards Ella with Ally's marks glowing but color orange and as Ella saw her glowing she was also walking furiously towards Ally but she was shock because her marks didn't show but it just made her skin burn as if her skin was on fire. She bent over, curled in ball on the ground as she felt like the hotness of Mt. Doom and smoke was escaping her body.

"ELLA!!" Summer shouted as she ran to Ella's side. "Naneth!" Thalion shouted as he ran towards Ella. Legolas was about to run towards her but as soon as Ally caught that Legolas was gonna run to her she pretended she hurt her leg. "Ouch!!" Ally said in her fake voice and she tripped herself to fall to the ground.

"Ella! what's wrong?" Summer asked in a very afraid voice because Ella was steaming like she was on a BBQ grill and she was trembling from the pain that she was feeling. Summer was close to tears but Thalion was already crying.

Soon Gandalf and Lord Elrond was running from the building towards Ella because they heard the commotion. But once Gandalf and Elrond saw Ella on the ground trembling, they both knew something was wrong. Elrond bent down next to Ella. Murmured a few elvish words as he put his hand on Ella's head.

Soon Ella stopped trembling because the pain and burning feeling faded.

Soon Ella, Ally, Summer, Legolas, Thalion, Gandalf, and Elrond were in Elrond's Study room. "I don't know what happened but it must be the conflict that Ella was really the chosen one but she faced the person who took her place." Elrond said without making a single emotion escaping his face or voice.

"Elrond and I decided where Ella and Summer will stay." Gandalf said as he look to Ella and to Ally and back to Ella. "You mean, I can't stay here in Rivendell?" Ella asked as if what Gandalf said was a joke.

"Well Ella... what happened to you was very dangerous. If Elrond wasn't there then who knows what would have happened to you. Besides someone is willing to take you both in, he is very honored that he would have both of you as guests." Gandalf said as he smiled knowing them both would be in very good hands.

"Grandfather, I know you are doing this but I would feel more comfortable if I stayed here." Ella said trying her best to persuade her grandfather. "You've heard grandfather you have to stay somewhere else... I hope its far." Ally said as she tried to keep Thalion still in her arms. Ella scowled but instead she opened her arms and said "Thalion, come here." Thalion pushed Ally very hard and ran into Ella's arms.

Elrond and Gandalf looked at each other knowing that if something like this happened and they have no knowledge of it, they would have to ask aid or the advice of the wise... No its not Saruman and besides he is dead, but Tom Bombadil.

"You are staying near the barrows just between the Shire and Bree, you both are gonna stay with Tom Bombadil." Gandalf said, Ella knew Tom Bombadil but she has never seen him. She would be gladly to see him and his forest as she heard from Frodo even if it was scary it was still amazing and mysterious. She might even go see the hobbits but she wanted to stay in Rivendell more so she could figure how to break what Ally has started.

"Don't worry, you will have some guards go with you there. We will send Elrohir and Elladan with you and we will also send Legolas." Elrond said. 

"WHAT?" Ally shrieked. 

"Ally! Keep your voice down." Gandalf scolded her. 

"But why Legolas!! He can't, he has me and Thalion." Ally whined. 

"Don't be selfish Ally. Legolas has left your side before to travel with Gimli and also go on some skirmishes. He must make sure your sister will arrive there safely." Gandalf said.

"Auuuuggghhhhhhh....." Ally whined and stormed out the room with Legolas at her tail. Ella stood up not wanting Legolas to go after her. "Ay Elbereth." Elrond complained. 

"Whats wrong Lord Elrond?" Ella asked. 

"For a few years Ally has been here but still she has no manners or respect. She acts like a dwarf and human mixed together." Elrond said.

Ella felt happy that she would get to travel with Legolas and maybe make him remember.

"When you stayed with Tom for a few months we will take you to go to Lady Galadriel." Gandalf said, Ella looked at Thalion and kissed his head

Elrond eyed Ella for a bit and he thought to himself 'Maybe Ally wasn't suppose to be here. Why does Thalion feel comfortable with Ella and not his mother Ally? I don't understand what is happening here but I will search for the answer with all my knowledge'

With that Ella and Summer went up to their room, Ella gave the child to Gandalf and then left. Ella cried herself to sleep again but this time Summer was rubbing her back, because Summer just witnessed what happened and they both talked all night about old memories and what is there to come.
