8.Operation T.H.T.P.

Nothing makes sense anymore, nothing! Even with everyone telling me the truth, I still don’t believe it. Everything everyone has told me about myself I don’t believe. I mean what would you do if in one day a person tells you they revived you, that they’re supernatural, that you have to do tests, then about an hour later you find out the tests are actually training for you to become a mythical creature, then you find out you have a sister, then three hours later she appears and tells you that you have to protest the people who revived you and and, ugg! This is all too much pressure! I wish someone can come to me and decently explain what the hell I am supposed to do! Wait, sorry…respect for the dead. And then there’s this C.O.D.S. thingee, I mean what? I borrowed one of the computers in the lab and typed it in Google. A ‘Cod’ is a fish, it looks really weird and if it’s an abbreviation then it means ‘College of Dental Sciences’ and then I thought ummm no. So it could be a fish or a college for dentists! But somehow I have an idea if I ask then I won’t like it. It seems that only Amaimon and my sister knows. But what I want to know now is what happened to my sister in the past. How long has she been in this madhouse? Where was she before? How long did she know about me? What did she mean by she wanted to save me before she realized this C.O.D.S. thingee. Why does she call Amaimon prince and Ace Lord Benjamin? If she calls Amaimon prince than does it mean that she’s a shinigami? Wait there’s no such thing as shinigamis, so what’s going on here? Right now I’m laying down in a white bed in a white room Amaimon has given me. I tried asking him where my sister was headed but it seems he self doesn’t know, all he told me was that if she wore those clothes it meant that she’ll be going to battle any time soon. And she answered Ace that she will kill a necromancer but that doesn’t help at all! Is it the king she’s going to kill? Or is it someone else? There’s only one word that can describe me at this point. Confused. Wait two. Highly confused. I closed my eyes and drifted into a sleep. That was only one day, one single freaking day! Sigh. I wonder what will happen tomorrow…

My eyes slowly opened, which I quickly closed again to block out the bright light. Bright light? If only I followed that light inside of the wrong light, the light which brought me into this undead world. I stumbled and fell off the bed. Bad way to wake up. I pushed myself up and stood up. I walked over to the closet and opened it. Ace told me that we’ll be going out into the open today to attract some yokai. I’m not ganna like this…I pulled on the white jumpsuit with the phoenix. I walked out of the room and down the hall. I didn’t hear a sound or any other person awake at this moment. But when I entered the lab I saw someone behind a container. I gulped and walked a little closer. The person moved from behind the container and stood before me.

“What was your name again?” I asked, looking up at my tall sister. She smirked.

“C.2.” I shook my head.

“Your real name.” She smiled and moved closer to me and wrapped her arms around me, pulling me into a hug.

“Anemone.” I hesitated but hugged her back, she was still in the same outfit she was last night.

“Anemone and Troid Hunter, the phoenix twins. I like it.” She pulled back and stared at me.

“But only one of us shall be the phoenix, and I’ll make sure it’ll be me.” I smirked.

“You shouldn’t underestimate me just yet.” She smirked and walked past me to the door.

“I heard you’re doing field practice today, good luck.” And with that she disappeared. Gone who knows where. I wanted to ask her some questions but it seems it’ll have to wait. I first need to find out what really is going on, and the only way to find out is to travel to the land of the past and see it for myself. Otherwise I’ll never understand.
