 “Your childhood?” Troid questioned.

“Yes. It was very…unusual…” I told him as I leaned against the coach.

“How so?”

“Well….” I started, staring out of the window. “All my life I’ve lived with the prince and lord Benjamin, since the day I was born. I would ask them thousands of times but they never answered me about where they found me, and it’s not like I can remember the day of my birth. My earliest memory was when I was three and I went with Amaimon in search for dead humans to make zombies, but we got caught up in some yokai and let’s just say I saw the Earth from a rather far….far….far distant.” I sighed.

“Let’s just say the prince wasn’t very happy and then dumped me on Lord Benjamin until I was eight. He started training me in a harsh way using his powers and weapons, only to get me in the spirit of having to train like 16 hours a day, it was really tiring. At some points it seemed like it was all for nothing, but then I remembered one thing. One thing that got me through all of it. My life was given by my parents, well our parents. They gave up their lives so that we could carry on living, but not just us, but Owen re Rox Yu as well. So I tried my best, and I tried and I trained, until it happened. The green flames appeared. We thought that it was over and that Owen has woken up. It obviously turned out we were wrong. I kept training until I could turn my body into the phoenix, but was still not completed. That’s when I found out about you and the bet the prince and Lord Benjamin made…I felt hope, like I wasn’t alone anymore and that there’s someone in the world going through the same thing I am. Obviously I was wrong but…” I shook my head. “Oh well. There were times in my childhood I would have but it would always be with Lord Benjamin, and then there are times I’m completely forgotten. Then about three years ago when I was 14 I ran away to see the world a little. The prince and Lord Benjamin never bothered searching for me because they knew I’d return, so that was interesting. And I did return after two years but I left again and I rarely went back. I trained on my own in that time, and I gotten bigger and stronger. So… what about you, Troid?” He jumped.

“Um well I was in an orphanage but I went to schools outside the orphanage and met Sora while we were in kindergarten. We became instant friends and grew up with each other. When I was 16 I left the orphanage and got my own little house near the school. And yeah one night I was a victim in a serial killer’s hunt and then Amaimon and Ace found me and yeah…that’s about it. Nothing interesting really.” I smirked.

“Sora, hey?” I asked him, eying him.

“Yeah…”

“What does he look like?”

“He has checkmate eyes and hair and about yay big.” He said holding his hand a little above his head. I frowned. “What?”

“I’ve met him before.” He seemed to jump and stared at me.

“How? Where? Why?” He asked quickly.

“Well…Once I found out where you lived I went there and found him infrotn of your house. I asked him where you were and he said Ace. I didn’t understand a thing but he described Lord Benjamin to me so I knew you were at the base. I left but now that I think about it, while I left I heard a scream…” His eyes widened.

“What happened?” I raised my shoulders.

“Not sure…”

“Wait! What happened? What do you mean you’re not sure?! What the hell happened to Sora Animoon!” I narrowed my eyes and stared at him.

“Animoon?”

“Ug! Anemun! Ane-Anano! Anemino!” I tried to speak but he cut me off. “No! I’m going to figure my sister’s name out, ok?! Animun, Anuri, no no, An-ana-annana…Anemuno. No. Ah I got it! Anemone!” I face palmed.

“Finally! It’s just like Lord Benjamin. He to struggled with my name and ended up calling me Any for a month. I never corrected him.”

“So….”

“Yea?”

“Did you ever take part in experiments?” I looked down.

“Yes…” I mumbled.

“For what?”

“He took my blood to see if we inserted it into an animal or normal human if something would differ or if they die.”

“And did something happen?”

“Well yes…they died almost instantly after the blood was inserted. He also did tests on my blood but there wasn’t really anything different from a human’s. He also strapped me to machines and stuff but I don’t know what they were actually. All I know is, is that’s how I got the name C.2.”

“Are you ok being called C.2.?”

“Are you ok being called number 27?” I spat out eyeing him when I said ‘you’. He looked around nervously.

“Well…I never really minded but I guess no.” I smiled.

“It grows on you, doesn’t it?” He nodded. His eyes widened as he realized something.

“Do you know anything about the C.O.D.S.?”

“The C.O.D.S….”

“Yeah. I asked almost everyone, even Amaimon’s siblings but it still doesn’t really make sense. Why are they doing what they do? What did you mean by I need to protect Amaimon and Ace from them? Why oh why doesn’t everything make sense. And I really mean everything!” I sighed.

“Troid honey…the C.O.D.S. is the Council of Disciplining Supernatural, meaning they you know, discipline the supernatural. They killed the two supernatural that killed Owen re Rox Yu. I figure it’s because Owen held balance in the massive yokai world and with him gone the yokai world would fall into chaos, and it did because their evil now.”

“But you still haven’t told me why their after Amaimon and Ace.”

“Well I figured the C.O.D.S. was in favour of the two chooses because it would help them keep order easier, so because they formed an alliance I thought they’d be in danger. Not to mention Amaimon started working with zombies sooooo yeah. Ag just ignore that, I wasn’t thinking clearly.” He looked down then his eyes examined the room.

“So….what now?”

“Well I thought we could-“ I started but was caught off by a loud crash. I jumped up and looked out of the window. Troid ran up behind me and not after Lord Benjamin also entered and looked out of the window. I placed my finger on the window.

“If you were to put that on a scale, then it’ll be a…” I started.

“F10?” Troid answered. I looked to him.

“That’s impossible.”

“Well think about it. We’re here in the shinigami realm, a tornado that big can be possible.”

“It’s twice as big as the fujita scale.” Troid then pointed to the middle of the tornado.

“Something’s coming out!” He yelled. All our eyes immediately shot there. Two black figures spawned from it. Both Troid’s and Lord Benjamin’s eyes widened.

“No way…”
