HERMIONE'S POV
I was siting in the common room, anxiously waiting for anybody to arrive back. I felt so lonely. Ginny was no longer crying, but she was a shell of her former self.
And I was cursing Harry Potter because of it. I needed to get out of this room. Go anywhere.
I walked out of the common room and was stopped by the sight before me.
Blaise was pacing back and forth, muttering anxiously to himself.
"Blaise" I called, attempting to get his attention.
He looked up and his expression was unreadable.
"Everything OK?" I asked.
"I'm just nervous" He said.
Why should he be nervous??
"Nervous? Why?" I asked.
"I have decided to ask Ginny out" He said confidently. I smiled at him.
"About time!" I said.
"Do you think she'll say yes?" He asked.
"What kind of question is that?! She practically worships you!" I said, realising I wad starting to shout.
"You think?" He asked.
"You need to stop doubting yourself. She really likes you. You should see her face when she reads one of your letters. She adores you" I said.
"Go in there right now and ask her out" I ordered. He smiled and gave Snape the password and disappeared.
I was still feeling a little lonely so I decided to go for a walk around the castle. I would be with Draco, but he was on his monthly visit with his mother. He looked so depressed. I hated that his time with her was limited.
Even I knew Narcissa was under the Imperius Curse. It was blatantly obvious. She would turn into something nasty when Lucius was around.
I had just made it around the corner from my common room when I ran into someone.
"So sorry" I mumbled.
"Just the person I was looking for" I recognised the voice as Harry's.
"Oh. If you could excuse me" I said sidestepping him.
"Hermione wait" He said. He sounded so desperate so I stopped.
"What?" I asked in a harsh tone. He flinched.
"Be my friend again" He said.
"No" I said simply.
"Please. I feel like there is a brick wall between us, and I just wanna climb over it and get to you" He said.
"Where did you get that piece of bullshit?" I asked.
"What?"
"You know what, I don't have the time to be here" I said walking away.
"Fine! Be that way!" He said and he stalked away.
I sighed and made my way around the castle, going anywhere.
I ended up in an abandoned corridor and just sat down, thinking to myself.
What should I do today?
I wonder how Draco is feeling right now? I hope he isn't too sad. I hate him being sad.
