*4 Years Later*

"Chris! Get over here!" Brandy yelled. I picked up my pace, running over to her and she put her arm around my shoulders.

"I have some new customers for you. Shawn, Kayla, this is Chris. He'll take care of you." I stared at the two people on front of me, Brandy always gave me the new customers, she never gave Dwight or Jerome none of the new ones. Not even Rodrick although we knew not to put him with any new customers. If they messed up even once, he would kill them. Literally.

I was drug dealer. Brandy had taken me to Rodrick and he trained me to be one until I was 15. Then he put me out in the street to work. I gotta admit, I made good money and I got to provide for Daniella who was 4 now and as happy go lucky as she can be. I left her at daycare while I went to school and I had trained her to stay at home by herself while I was out working. She knew where to find food when she got hungry and first aid when she got hurt and she knew how to call me if anything happened. She was very smart. I kept to myself at school and no one bothered me really. I didn't care that I didn't have friends, my life was fine and I didn't need them. Plus, I had Dwight, Jerome, and Rodrick. Rodrick was the leader of this whole operation. He meant business and I gave him 20% of what I made from selling drugs. Everyone did. Plus he made money from his sells too.

Now that I was 18, all I had to do was finish school and try to find me a real job even though I would still do this on the side. I couldn't give this up because number one, I made really good money and Rodrick favored me cause I brought in the most money. And I couldn't let him down. I gave the rules out to my new customers and when I felt that they understood, they gave me their down payment and I gave them 25% of what they were getting. We sold cocaine, heroin, and of course, marijuana. I didn't realize how many people did this stuff but I knew I wasn't gonna get hooked on it. Even when Dwight tried to get me to, I refused until he just gave up. Rodrick liked that I wasn't gonna do any of the drugs because then I was gonna be the only one with a level head in this group. I was doing it because I knew that Daniella needed me and all that stuff did was mess you up. And I did not need that.

When I was finished with my customers, I told Rodrick I was heading home and he nodded, meaning I was good to go. Brandy waved at me and I waved back before heading in the direction of my car. Jerome got me a good deal on it and it was a mustang so I liked it. I had moved to the other side of town in a house that Brandy had found for me and it was much bigger and had more bedrooms. The rent was easy and Rodrick payed the bills because he was basically using the money I gave him to do it with. I was just glad that I had everything I needed. But now I needed to get home and get some sleep because I had school in the morning. When I pulled up in my garage, I shut off the car and got out, walking up some stairs to go in the house from the garage.

"Daniella!" I called, tossing the keys on the counter. She came running in the kitchen in her favorite t-shirt.

"Chrissy!" She ran into my arms and I picked her up, heading in upstairs.

"It's your bath time." I said.

"Then bed time?" She asked.

"Yep." She knew the whole routine and sometimes when I came home late, she had already washed herself up at the sink since she couldn't run her own bath water and gotten in the bed.

After her bath, I dressed her in her pajamas and put her to bed in her room which was right next to mine. I still kept her close just incase something happened. I even had a door put in, connecting our two rooms. I sung her a lullaby to put her to sleep when I heard her soft snores, I kissed her goodnight and went to my own room to get in my bed after stripping down to my boxers. I always showered in the morning to wake me up. I was tired so I knew I would fall asleep fast. And like always, I hope for sweet dreams.
