Love

(Mabel's pov)

Bill appeared in front of me. "Hi, Shooting Star."

I stomped my foot. "Where did you go? You were right in front in me and you just vanished!"

Bill nodded. "Yeah, summon summoned me."

"I thought you couldn't use your powers? I thought you can't escape!?"

"I can't use my powers. But I can't ignore the fact that someone is summoning me. It's like the universe pulled me out of here." Bill explained.

I raised an eyebrow. "Wait, who summoned you?"

Bill smiled. "Some girl."

"What girl?" I asked.

Bill tapped his finger on his chin. "She looked around 18 years old, long golden blonde hair with baby blue eyes."

I crossed my arms. "So like a girl version of you?"

Bill laughed. "In some way, yes."

"Why did she summon you? What is her name?"

"Why are you asking me all of these questions?" Bill put his finger over my lips. "Are you jealous?"

I shoved his hand out of my face. "Why would I be jealous of you?"

Bill just stared at me with that stupid grin and his frickin blue eyes sparkling into my brown ones.

"Well?" I demanded for an answer.

"You sound jealous." Bill smiled.

"I am not!" I felt my face turning red.

Then out of no where, Bills hand intertwined with mine. He stood close in front of me, our eyes met.

Bill leaned close into my ear. "You're the only girl I want to be with, Shooting Star."

I couldn't speak. I froze. My heart pounded hard. My face was burning with embarrassment. How do I respond to that?

Bill leaned in closer to my face and kissed me. Not my lips though, just my forehead. I just stood there looking dumb and idiotic.

Bill ran his fingers through my hair, which probably wasn't as soft and playful as it should be. I need to wash it soon.

"Bill..." I managed to say. "Are you in love with me?"

Bill stopped and put his hand down. "I am, Shooting Star."

My eyes began to tear up and I don't know why. I just broke down, sobbing into Bill's chest. Bill pulled me as close as he could, resting his chin on mine.

I can't tell if I'm in love with Bill...how can it be possible to love a demon?
