Sorry isn't good enough

Bill's POV

"Can everyone just take a breath?" I tried to calm the angry mob.

"How can we?" Ford stood up. "You've been manipulating this entire family!"

"I'm sorry for everything I've done to you all." I looked down.

Pine Tree rolled his eyes. "You don't mean that at all."

I looked up at him. "Yes I do!"

Pine Tree just rolled his eyes again.

"What can I do to make it up?" I begged for their forgiveness.

"Oh a lot of things!" Ford slammed his fist on the table.

I got on my knees. "I'll do anything you want but please just forgive me and let me and Mabel be happy together."

"Why do you want Mabel so badly?" Stan asked. "That's my great-niece you're talking about."

"I-I..." If I say I love her they'll freak out.

"What?" Stan asked.

I had to think of an alternative. "I like the way Mabel changed me. It's like she has a positive impact on everyone."

"Not Pacifica." Pine Tree rolled his eyes.

"Yeah but you understand my point?" I rolled my own eyes.

"You kidnapped her! Right in front of me!" Pine Tree yelled.

"Don't remind me, Pine Tree." I looked down.

"Listen, you wanna prove your innocence? Do something for everyone you've manipulated or hurt in this family." Ford glared at me.

"I'll do anything." I nodded.

"Punch yourself in the face." Pine Tree smiled.

I shrugged and knocked myself out, leaving a huge bruise on my nose. "Satisfied?"

"A little." Pine Tree nodded. "But not quite yet."

"Apologize for everything you've done!" Stan crossed his arms. "Name everything you've done!"

I've done too much...but I'll say the things i most regret. "First of all, Pine Tree, I am sorry for tricking you and taking your body."

Pine Tree crossed his arms. "Apology not accepted but I'll consider it." Man this kid was stubborn!

Before I could say any more apologizes, I heard the door slam open.

In came Shooting Star with an angry face and...
