Will Cipher

(Dippers pov)

"Will Cipher?" I asked in confusion. "Is that like Bill's evil twin brother?"

"You could say that." Ford said. "It's hard to explain. It's basically Bill's worst nightmare."

"Bill has a weakness?" I gasped.

"If Bill has a weakness, Will is his weakness." Ford explained.

"Well how do we summon this guy?" I asked.

"I have the spell, but I'm just warning you that Will is very dangerous, he's exactly like Bill. Possibly worse." Ford explained.

"Oh..."

"But we will risk everything we can to get Mabel back." Ford said.

I nodded. "I agree."

Ford gave me a sheet of paper. "This is the chant. And you're going to make a deal with Will."

"Wait what!?" I exclaimed. "I'm doing this by myself!?"

"He will only respond to one person." Ford said. "And I've dealt with him before. He won't do anything for me. So it's up to you, Dipper."

Ford left, leaving me and the paper in the room. My heart was pounding, I was so nervous. Everything counted on this.

I chanted the words from the paper, and soon enough there was a man who looked exactly like Bill, except his eye was red.

"Can I help you, little boy?" He smiled.

"Are you Will Cipher?" I asked, trying to hide my fear.

"Yes, yes I am." Will swung his cane around.

"I heard you hate Bill Cipher." I said.

"Yes I do." Will said. "Why?"

"I want to make a deal with you, Will." I smiled. "And it involves Bill Cipher."

Will smiled evilly. "I'm listening."

"Bill kidnapped my sister and took her and himself to another world through a universe splitter." I explained. "I need you to make a portal for me so I can get her back."

"What's in it for me?" Will frowned.

"You can do whatever you want with Bill." I said.

Will smiled. "Just one portal where your sister is?"

"That's all." I nodded.

Will stretched his hand out to mine for a shake. I gladly shook it.
