~ELYSSA HAMILTON~

The city at night was deathly silent. The swaying of the leaves in the wind. There have been incidents before between these two gangs. Theft. Kidnapping. Vandalism. Fights like this broke out before.

When will it all end? Maybe when a third party joins the show.

"At least that's the plan," Elyssa told Lewis. He sighed and continue walking silently. They were heading to where they heard the fight was going to be at. Alice and her gang seemed to be busy prepping for their 'victory'. Elyssa decided that it's unfair if they knew of the enemies' tricks and secrets so they left the area.

"Are you angry?" Elyssa asked. She had an idea why the fellow was angered, but could not help but ask.

"Not. One. Bit," he replied in an angry tone. His brows were furrowed and he was gritting his teeth. Talk about your true emotions being shown so easily. Lewis is really simple, isn't he? His face and body are just like an open book, these thoughts ran through Elyssa's mind.

"Let me guess," Elyssa said, though it was not really guessing as it was pure obvious. "You are angry cause the plan involves you using your magic."

Lewis stopped in his tracks, turning around to face Elyssa and sighed, "If you knew, why would you still make me do it?" He tucked his hands in his jacket's pockets.

"Because how else would we do it? This plan is impossible without magic and here we have the only magic user I know," Elyssa replied and pointed at him

"You are a sly fellow, Elyssa, makes me rethink saving you from the abyss," Lewis sighed again. "

"I'm only making good use of all the tools I have now that I'm dead," Elyssa replied. "Besides, if you didn't save me. Who would save these poor souls? You need me."

"Magic isn't a tool Elyssa," Lewis said sternly. "I already used a lot just to get you out of the abyss. If we use so much it for this plan-"

"Blah blah blah. Cut the chattering, we need to ensure all the conditions for the plan are perfect, besides the plan won't only rely on magic," Elyssa winked and skipped past Lewis. "Also all that sighing will make people think you are old."

"I am not that old," Lewis shouted in an irked tone. "I am only 17."

"And I am 16. You are old," Elyssa chimed. She found it amusing to tease Lewis, it made her so happy, but it was not only that, was it? She also felt oddly nostalgic when was with Lewis. It was an indescribable feeling that hurt and sadden her as well. Strange, isn't it? Nevertheless, seeing Lewis make so many different faces for her, made her happy. A feeling she thought she lost.

"Where is the fight taking place anyway?" Lewis asked as he strolled on beside Elyssa.

"Did you forget? You really are old," Elyssa teased and nudged him.

"I am not-"

"Where their fights have always been. Back at the old base," Elyssa cut him off and replied.

"O-Oh... Where is that?" He asked, stuttering with his words a little. He really is simple, Elyssa thought. But why is he stuttering?

"A little house we found when we were younger, it is kind of weird how we found it too," Elyssa replied, but she stopped walking when her words paused.
