"Don't make me laugh, we have been up against Alizarin for so long. What makes you think a false magician like you can do anything for us?" Alice asked. She asked in a tough tone, befitting for the commander of La Vendetta or rather... Leviathan. He was in a partial possession of Alice's body.

"Oh, I believe I can do quite much," the cloaked man replied and chuckled. "I can easily end this war in a few minutes once they arrive."

Mel checked the time on her watch. "Boss, it's 12:05am. Normally, they arrive on time."

"Did you do this?" Alice asked. It was indeed strange that the members of Alizarin were tardy.

"Hohoho~ What if I said I did?" The man asked and revealed a small pile of tarot cards in his hands. He took a particular one out of the pile and swung it to Alice. Alice, with her quick reaction, caught it and noticed it was The Moon which meant illusion, fear, insecurity or mystery.

"The card perfectly describes our situation, doesn't it?" He asked. "The illusion of men following me I set up, the fear and insecurity in the eyes of your people and lastly the mystery of what happened to the members of Alizarin."

"Quit speaking nonsense, you are just trying to throw us off track. I hate it whenever people do that," Alice scoffed. "What exactly do you want?"

"As I said before, I came here with a deal on behalf of my lady. Step one of the deal, you can use me to end Alizarin," He replied and pulled out a chair magically from behind him and sat down.

"What's step two?" Alice asked. Even without Leviathan's possession, Alice knew you should never trust someone so suspicious and full of secrets.

"Well, I suppose that is another mystery," The man replied. "But, I promise it is within your capability."

"And if it's not?"

"Consider me defeating the Alizarin a favor," he sighed, shrugging his shoulders and tilting his head slightly. "Or do you believe with the level you are at you will beat them?"

It was true that Alice was sure they could take on Alizarin, but after so many fights against them and always ending up weirdly. Their very first one was a while after their gangs were created. Alizarin and La Vendetta were created when they were fourteen. It took a month or so, but they were soon fighting for the Strongest Gang Title of Philadelle.

It ended with the intel that a bunch of cops were coming over. Both gangs retreated, but the information was false. For every fight they had, the intel or thing they had that made them retreat was false. It was strange, but finding the source has been challenging even for the Web department of La Vendetta.

"We don't need a cocky man who claims magic exists on our side. If that was the case, miracles would be born and our gang would not have a reason to exist," Alice replied nonchalantly. "La Vendetta exists because every member is thirsty for revenge and this thirst would not be there if such miracles existed. I mean, wouldn't it be miraculous if this anger I feel just disappear?"
