Chapter 9:
"Hi Tiegan..I'm Lu.." Luke's sentence got cut off once he made eye contact with Mia. "Mia, it's been five years since I saw you last. You look beautiful." Mia blushed and instantly fell for the lip pierced Aussie. "Than..thanks...Luke" Mia said, trying to keep her cool.
"There's someone you guys should meet, her name is Tiegan, she's sweet, and British too." Mia pointed to me. "Hi" I said. Beau got out of his seat and began talking, his eyes drawn to mine. "British. British?! I love British accents! Please tell me your accent is as sexy as yourself." I blushed and giggled.
"Say something!" Skip said. I stood there thinking and the first thing that came to mind was the word 'water'. Wow. I'm such an idiot at times! As I said it, Skip and Beau smiled. James' phone starting ringing. "Boys, it's Veronica. I gotta take the call. Ill be back in a min." James walked out of the room and Jai walked up to his room, while texting Ariana. Guess he's a multitasker?
Mia sat down on the couch and then Luke joined her. "Wanna watch a movie? I mean, if you aren't too tired" Luke said. "I'd love to Luke!" Mia said, smiling. "Beau, make me some popcorn would you mate?" Luke asked. "Yeah ok." Beau made the popcorn, poured it into a bowl, and passed it to Luke.
Luke and Mia started nibbling on the tasty snack while Beau made a bowl for him and I. Meanwhile, I was in the spare bedroom, unpacking mine and Mia's suitcases. I walked downstairs to a cinema smelling living room. "Hey Tiegs, come sit with me" Beau said with a grin. I walked over towards Beau, but there wasn't any room on his chair. "Oh, you can sit on my lap!" He said, while winking.
