Chapter 8:
I walked towards the silhouettes with a fast pace. I picked up my speed and before I knew it, Skip and Mia were right in front of my eyes. I ran up to Mia and we both started crying. "Oh my gosh you're safe!!" Mia shouted. I smiled while tears filled my eyes.
"Tiegan I would like you to meet my brother Skip. I shared a hug with Skip, but Skip's hug was different than any other hug I've had before. It warmed my heart up.
Forgetting about the whole incident that happened, Mia, Skip, and I walked out of the airport and into a multi storey car park. We got into Skip's Mercedes and drove off. "About a 12 minute drive to Glenroy, girls" Skip said. Mia was in the front seat with Skip and I was in the back, texting people about the incident.
We eventually arrived in Glenroy. "Here we are girls, The Brooks residence." We got out of Skip's Mercedes and went to the back to get the luggage. "Beau, James, Jai, and Luke are inside, they don't bite" Skip said to me, smiling. I went to reach for my suitcases but Skip grabbed them instead.
"Let me get that for you babe, you don't need to hurt yourself. You've already been in a near death crash and then you got lost." I nodded and said "cheers for that, Skip." He smiled, and walked in with the luggage. Mia walked into the house and I wasn't sure whether to wait until all of the luggage was inside or to just walk in and introduce myself. "Hi boys, I'm Tiegan."
