You're sleeping, I'm crying.
You're breathing, I'm surviving.
You're living, I'm dying.
The difference between us is almost dividing.
I gave my everything and my all.
Brick by brick you tore my walls down.
I used to love the dark but now I fear when its nightfall.
Is it possible for your heart to melt so much you drown?
I longed to feel you touch me.
For you to fill this emptiness.
You turned a nobody into a somebody.
The way you loved me, left me breathless.
And now without you, I'm struggling to breathe.
You were my meaning, my life, my oxygen.
I'm left hiding the damage you caused with a smile underneath.
Falling in love with you was my decision, I guess you pretending to love me back was your only option.
