Everyone was fixed in a horrified silence for a moment.

"Let's blow this joint!"Axel yelled,getting out TNT.

"We need to get outta here before he puts something else up."Amber agreed."And we need to keep them warm."

"I can fight the cold."Petra protested.

"Not is this state."Jesse grabbed Petra's arm."We don't want you to change."

"He's mad."Petra pointed out."Maybe it doesn't get transferred."

"No risks."Amber said.

Olivia sobbed.

Where was Lukas in the fight? Jesse looked around to see Lukas next to Axel.

Lukas went and knelt next to Olivia.He began talking quietly to her.

"Who are you to talk about my wellbeing?"Petra snapped at Amber.

Amber's eyes half closed.She raised her hands,turned around slowly,and walked away.

"Good job,Petra."Jesse praised with sarcasm."You turned away someone who was trying to help you."

"I don't need her help."

"We all need help."

"Just not hers."

Axel came in between them.

"Let's just get out of here."Axel offered.

Jesse turned and walked to the wall of the iron bowl.She got out a pickaxe and started making a staircase up to the top.

Soren was way too busy taking notes to notice.

The crew had made a shelter in a hill.

Jesse walked over to Olivia,who was still upset,and pulled her into a hug.

"You'll be fine."Jesse murmured.

"N-no I won't..."

"You will.I swear."

"J-Jesse...I think I-I'm start-ting to get w-wolf senses..."Olivia looked at Jesse.

Jesse glanced at Petra,who was examining the bite,then got up.Axel came over and comforted Olivia.

It was probably nearly night outside,but everyone needed food.Jesse was going to go and get food,but Petra beat her two the boarded up door.

"No,Petra,you can't go outside,it's too cold."Jesse said.

"I'm not useless."Petra growled.

"Don't growl."Jesse whispered."Please don't."

"I know,I'm officially a man-eating monster of legend.But a little cold can't beat the monster."Petra's eyes were unfocused.

"Look,I'll go."Lukas offered,walking over to the two."I can find apples."

Petra hesitated,then backed down,leaving Lukas to go.

Another time skip (sorry)

Lukas came back,and everyone had at least one apple,even Olivia.

"Last time I checked,the sun was just going down."Lukas reported.

"So no more going out."Amber summarized.

"We're not stupid."Petra said.

"I never said that."

"But you wanted to say that."

"No."

"You did.I can tell."

Amber groaned and curled up in the corner of the hut with her back to Petra.

Jesse gave Petra a look that said that was mean.

Petra gave Jesse a look back. Can't trust her.
