Dally's Pov
We walked to the grocery store. Damn, what could Lyv be making that required a mile long list. And how did ahe have a thousand dollars just laying around. We grabbed all the stuff we needed and paid. The person working the cash register gave us dirty looks as if we stole the money. On the way back an awkward silence filled the streets.
So, what do you guys think of the girls?- Pony asked trying to get rid of the silence.
I like them. I can't help but trust them.- Johnny answered.
I agree. They seem like good people. - Steve added.
And they have good taste in cars - Soda added.
What's Lyv's car?- I asked.
Yeah. We never got to ask- Pony, Johnny, Darry, Two-bit said in unison.
1970 Dodge Charger. Complete beast- Steve said in awe.
We all whistled. Those are amazing cars along with Loki's Impala. We got back to the house. We walked into the house and her shouts and... AC/DC in thr kitchen. We set the bags on the ground and ran into the kitchen. Nothing could prepare us for the sight that greeted us.
Water was everywhere and the girls were soaked. They were splashing each other and having fun.
They guys and us looked at each other and nodded. We counted to three and and then yelled HEY.
They stopped and turned towards us, grinning like maniacs. They had a mischievous glint in their eyes. Oh shit. I tried to yell but it was too late. The girls splashed water at us, laughing as they did so. They guys and I shared a look. I saw the girls eyes widen. They tried running but Pony grabbed Karissa, Soda grabbed Lyv' and I grabbed Loki.We carried them out into the yard while Steve got the hose.
Dally, please no- Loki begged me with her puppy-dog eyes. I almost let her go when Steve gave a battle cry. I held Loki in front of me as Steve sprayed the girls with water.
Ow, Soda. My stomach. I can't breathe- Lyv gasped. Soda immediately let go and started asking if she was alright.
I am now- she told him before pulling him in front of her. Soda got a face full of water and Lyv took of running. Damn, that was sneaky. Loki and Karissa managed to get free and they ran away from us,laughing as they did so. Laughing, we took off after them. Overall, it was a good day.
