Chapter 1

"Now, honey, this time, you'll behave. It's your fourth high school" sighed mother, tugging on my braid as I huffed in annoyance.

"Yes, Mum, its like the zillionth time you told me"

"Well you said the same thing the last three times" she said, tying up the french braid she had done with an elastic. I smoothed out my skirt and went to look at the mirror hanging on my bedroom wall.

The checkered skirt reached right below my knee with neat folds along the sides. Black stockings were under them. The white shirt buttoned up all the way to my neck and the Light Yellow blazer was on top of it all.

Pfft, I looked like a prude.

I made a plan to pull my skirt up and unbutton a few buttons as soon as I arrived at the boarding school.

Yes, boarding school.

I had left, well got expelled, from so many school, my parents were sick of it. I don't get it, why couldn't I quit school altogether. But no, boarding school was supposed to fix me and apparently I needed education in life.

Well, that plan went down the drain a few years ago.

You see, I used to be that 'perfect daughter' everyone wanted all the way up until grade 7.

When I was dared to kiss a guy.

I guess I'd enjoyed the feeling of his tongue on mine so much, I just didn't want to go back to my old, goody-two-shoes way. All I did was turn slutty and badass, in other words, fun.

But not cliche, no, I hate those girls with perfect hair and pretty cake faces who have high pitched voices which sounded like broke violins. Or the bitch who had the 'hottest guy in school' all wrapped up around her fingers with the 'rest' of them fawning at their feet. No, I liked having friends from the 'average' clique, where there were a variety of people, not Barbie look-alikes. I'm picky, I know.

And it isn't even as bad as it sounds.

I don't smoke, or take drugs, I just get drunk occasionally. I just turned into a hot daredevil.

And let me tell you, guys dig that shit. And its fun to watch jealous girlfriends growling at me, but they wouldn't dare break a nail to fight for them.

And sex-wise? I've only slept with a few guys, not very many, I think... I know for one thing, I've never had drunk sex. Noooo, I don't have any wishes of having my own MTV reality show about all the children I conceived while I was drunk.

But, you know, wearing lingerie to school didn't make it seem like that. And that was a dare. So truthfully, I don't think as bad as people think I am.

But I like the feeling of being a bad girl.

"Honey, we have to leave in 7 minutes. Do you have all your luggages?"

"Yes Mother" I grumbled. I wasn't looking forward to this. My mother gave me a slight nod and walked out, motioning for me to follow as she walked down the hallway.

"Bye Lola, Riley and Dylan. See you when I return from hell" I shouted to my siblings. I heard a few 'bye's shouted my way and Dylan appeared from the kitchen.

"We'll be waiting, Sparky" chuckled my big brother, ruffling my hair. He's called me that since we were five, when I used to have a 'thing' for sparkles and I also once got electrocuted when I walked into an electric fence at a farm, and the name stuck.

"See you later, Dildo" I snickered as he gave me a mock glare. He was such a player, girl's coming over every night, so the name was very fitting.

"Abby, the car is here" I gave Dylan a quick hug and ran out of the house, dragging my belonging behind me. As I packed everything into the minivan, I gave my two story house a last glance.

Boy, was I going to miss this place. Climbing aboard, I waved goodbye to Lola and Riley, who were peering out of their bedroom windows and they smiled at me.

"Okay honey, take care, and don't get in to too much trouble" said my mom in her honey- sweet voice. Oh my god I was going to miss this place. I tried to keep my cool facade and just nodded in response, slamming the door shut and signaling the driver to start the car.

Oh hell, they'll see me sooner than they want to, I'll be sure to make that happen.

"Name" said the red-headed office lady in her monotone voice, looking at me with her dull blue eyes.

"Lady Gaga" I grinned.

"Wrong, try again" she grumbled

"Well, you're no fun" I mumbled, "Abigail Antonias"

"Here's your timetable for the week. Now buzz off" she grumbled before closing her eyes and laying her head in her arms. I sighed and looked over what Lessons I had today.

Homeroom. English. Science. Science. Break. Maths. History. French. Break. And Double P.E then assembly.

Well, what a waste of time.

I sighed and exited the office, arriving at marble steps which lead down to a courtyard. It seemed like most of the students were hanging there. I sighed and started walking down the steps, and for a moment everyone turned and ogled me, the new girl. I just smirked and continued walking.

Let me see, the jocks, the barbies, nerds, emos, romantics and.... Aha! The variety pack. I started to make my way there. A girl, brunettes hair and matching brown eyes, turned to look at me.

"So, what's your name, new girl?" she asked, a friendly smile gracing her face.

"Abigail" I breathed out while chewing my gum.

"Abigail. That's sweet like that ass of yours" said a male voice. I turned to see a handsome guy checking me out in my uniform, which, by the way, I did get a chance to 'fix' (In other word, slutty it up, if thats even a saying)

"Wish I could say the same about you" I said. Boy, was that a lie. He was damn fine looking. He walked up to me until he was a few inches away.

"Well someone's a bad little liar" he said placing a kiss on my nose and walking away, back to his huddle of friends. "Welcome to this school" he winked. I glared at his retreating figure, then turned to the girls to see the girl looking at me shocked. I quirked an eyebrow.

"He's Nathaniel Reece" she sighed out. "He's someone you don't want to mess with, Abigail. He's what you'd call a BadBoy"

"A Bad boy?" I questioned, watching as he strode away. "I have a thing for bad boys" I smirked at brunette I'd been talking to her. Her eyes brows shot up and she held out her palm.

"Tessa" she smiled "I think we could be friends"

"Yes" I smiled back, shaking her out stretched hand "Me too"

"Come one, I'll show you to homeroom" she motioned and I followed her. Not a bad start at Hemmings Academy.
