Frostbitten

Chapter 30

*Elsas POV*

Everyone backs away from me. I had just made a fountain freeze with my hands.

It looks terrifying. "Monster!" The duke yells pointing at me. "Please just stay away, stay away-"

Ice shoots out of my hands at him. Making him fall from the ice under him. "Get her!" A man yells. The once happy crowd turns into a mob.

Grabbing at my cape and my dress. I try pushing through them, one child grabs a hold of my hair.

I scream and beg for the child to let go. I feel arrows fly past my head as I run. Finally I reach the gates, and start running towards the mountain.

I create a castle to live in. There's no way I can ever go back.

A few hours later, I see Anna on the mountain. "Anna!" I run towards her, happy.

I'm in an ice dress, with heels made out of ice and an ice cape. After I made my castle, I made a new dress.

They found out about my ice powers, so might as well see what I can do. Now Anna has come to me! She isn't scared of my powers! I always thought she would be.

"Anna...?" I put my hand on her shoulder. She turns around, a knife in her hand.

"What are you doing?!" I yell backing away. "I will not have a freak for a sister!"

She starts running. I turn around and start screaming. "No Anna! Stop!"

All of a sudden another figure appears in front of me. I bump into them, falling to the ground.

I scramble to my feet and keep running. Not caring who that was. All I know, is run. Toothiana is the next person to appear in front of me.

I scream in surprise and stop running. I try backing away, but I find myself in a corner. How? I was just outside.

Two people appear beside her. Anna, and, Jack? No, not Jack. "By order of our new queen, Anna. You are to be executed."

"No...no! Please Anna! I love you. You're my sister."

"My sister isn't..a freak, a monster, and someone with a frozen heart." She says coldly. Her words sting.

"Jack help me." I plead with him. He doesn't look at me. "Sorry honey.." Tooth says putting her arms around him.

"He's mine now." She nods her head toward me. "Kill the girl."

Tooth moves out of the way, Jack comes closer to me. His eyes are completely black. "Jack no..." He pins me to the wall.

Lifting a sword, aimed towards my neck. "Jack please no.." the sword goes forward.

"NOO!!" I scream awake.

I sit up in bed, sweating. I breathe while holding my head in my hands, rocking back and forth.

Jack comes rushing in. He takes me into my arms. I hold onto him tight, making sure that he's here.

"Shhh...it was just a dream."

"That was no dream..." I whisper. "It was nightmare."

"It's over now. I'm here." My eyes water remembering the nightmare. He was going to kill me.

Jack holds onto me tighter. It helps but I don't want him to let go of me.

Jack gets into bed, but doesn't loosen his grip on me.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't here."

"It happened again. I can't believe it happened again." I say quietly.
