*Jacks POV*

Today is the trial. I don't see why that there needs to be one. He admitted to killing and rapping those women.

But, even vile people like him get a trial. He doesn't deserve it. Still can't believe Elsa was in the same room as him.

She tried justifying it saying that if she hadn't. He would've gotten to walk free.

Elsa called me, and said that she woke up screaming last night. She dreamed that she was at the trial, and Pitch had gotten free. He held a gun to my head, and told her. To kill Anna, and he'll let me go.

She refused to do it, after he pulled the trigger, she woke up screaming and crying.

I wasn't there that night. Elsa told me it would be fine. I wished that I didn't listen to her and stayed anyway.

I see Elsa slowly taking deep breaths with her eyes closed. I put my hand on her arm. "Hey, it'll be alright. You can get through this."

"You weren't in there Jack..the way he described his kills was chilling. His laugh was the kind you hear in movies..unreal."

"He can't touch you behind that table. They probably won't even let him speak."

"Jack, this isn't a tv show. The accused always has a chance to speak. It's part of the justice system." Elsa slumps in her chair. We're outside the court room she'll be testifying in.

The also found the three other women who survived. They're going to be testifying as well.

The woman who was left for dead is shivering, she looks extremely pale. I found that her name is Ravenna. The second girl, Nani, and the third, Mulan.

Elsa nor I, could believe that it was Mulan. Elsa figured that's why Mulan started teaching defense classes.

After Nani, Mulan moved here. To get away from that town. I bet she thought that she never had to face him again.

The doors open, I take a hold of Elsas hand and take her inside. We sit at the front, the three other girls sit on the other side of us.

Elsa gives a small wave to Ravenna. Ravenna smiles and stops shivering. But her pale complexion doesn't go away.

"All rise for the honorable Judge Doc Hudson." We all stand as he comes.

When he puts his hand down, we all sit again. "Bring in the accused." The judge says looking at his papers.

The two guards open the door. Letting Pitch in, Elsa refuses to turn around and face him.

"Hey blondie."

"Shut it." The guard pushes him forward. Elsa didn't even look at him.

"Let's begin."

*Elsas POV*

Throughout the trial, the prosecutors point out all of the evidence. The time frames, and witnesses. Mulan is the first to speak.

"Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?" He asks, his hand raised with the other holding the Bible.

Mulan does the same, her hand on the Bible, the other raised. "I swear."

"You may be seated." Mulan sits down, the prosecutor goes up to her. "Miss Fa Mulan, I'm sorry to ask you to repeat this but. Can you describe what exactly happened that night?"

Mulan takes a deep breath. "It was dark, I was closing up my bosses convenient store that night. I locked the front door, and when I turned around, there he was."
