Chapter 20.

Shaan P.O.V

She said that she will give me a chance I cant believe my ears thats why I asked her again. "Are you serious...???"

She just nodded and smiled at me and than left the room. I had waited for this moment from last 1 year.

I loved her from the beginning when we were friends but she is different from others and I knew she will not get involved with me romantically thats why I dropped it.

But when she got married and her husband decided to leave her I took the chance and convinced her to come with me. She trusted me blindly thats why she never argued or doubt me.

I had done things to make her mine. Which I know I will regret, but everything is fair in love and war.

Today I got the opportunity to make her mine. I got her permission to prove how much I love her. I am beyond happy today.

Oh God I love her so bad.

"Shaan...!!!" She yelled bringing me back from my daze of love.

"What happened Shaggy...???" I gave her a confused look.

"I had called you five times but you didn't even heard me." She narrowed her eyes at me.

"Oh I am so sorry I was just thinking about something. By the way why are you here..???" I apologised

"Oh yeah about that. We have to leave now for our meeting with Malik's." She explained.

"Okay just wait outside I will be there." I smiled at her after that she left. I just have to keep Zaid away from her. I don't want her to know about what happened a year before.

I sighed and grabbed my car keys before leaving. I went to the driveway to see her busy in her phone probably playing angry bird. I chuckled at her craze for that game.

"I would not be surprised if you woke up one day, turned into angry bird." I chuckled and sat into the car. She did the same.

"Haha very funny.!" she said while buckling her seatbelt.

After that she went silent again. She never spoke when we are travelling. She likes to enjoy the nature. She claims that it help her to calm her nerves.

We went inside the restraunt to see him sitting with two girls. One was his P.A. and the another one was Nisha

I smirked when I saw her. She gave me a flirty smile when we approached them. Zaid's mouth hung open when he saw Shaggy. I know he had never saw her in this type of outfits.

Well I had forced her to change her personality but then too she wear those indian dresses sometimes.

"Assalamu alaikum" Shaggy greeted them and sat next to his P.A. While I sat between Shaggy and Zaid. Nisha was throwing disgusted glance at Shaggy which I didn't liked, thats why I glared at her which made her look away.

After our long discussion we fixed some designs to make. Zaid told us to come at his place for project designs we have to work on. (A/N: Zaid took a apartment on rent for 1 month)

We were ready to leave when Nisha stopped us.

"The party is tomorrow. So both of you have to come." I looked at her confused.

"What party...???" I asked her.

Zaid let out a huge sigh and went out without saying a word.

Shaggy looked at his retreating back. "Our engagement party for my friends who live in LA and who was not able to attend our engagement." She explained while smirking at Shaggy.

"We will surely come." How can I miss this opportunity to make Shaggy hate Zaid.?

This will be a bonus in our relationship. "Ok now I should go he is waiting for me." she excused herself and left.

After she was out I held Shaggy's hand and squeezed it she smiled at me weakly.

"Lets go." I said as we walked out hand in hand. I know she is upset because through out the meeting Nisha kept on touching or kissing Zaid which made Shaggy highly uncomfortable.

Shaggy and Zaid were looking at each other like some love stuck puppy. I felt sorry for them but who cares I got what I wanted and one day she will be fully mine.

I just have to keep an eye on them. Tomorrow will be real fun. Its time to celebrate.
