Laid out in the bed of her hotel room, Karma rolled her eyes and wiped away her tears. Its been a two weeks since Kacy asked for a break and she was tried of crying over it.

She couldn't shake the feeling of betraying her husband though, Kacy of all people. They made a vow to never lie and although he did too, she completely understood.

When she went back to the house and grabbed her things, she made sure to leave behind a simple note to explain how she felt.

I'm sorry was all she wrote down and she meant it. She didn't want Kacy to feel some type of way and felt like he just needed to be alone, like he said.

The room door opened and in walked Kat, Ash and baby Morgan. Since Ash had been back, Morgan hasn't left her mother's side. If she was to be separated, she'd cry until Ash came back.

Kat, still having her arm in a small cast, sat on the edge of the bed while Ash sat on the other side. "You doing better?" Ash asked, letting baby Morgan crawl on the bed.

Morgan crawled towards Karma and sat beside her head "A little. Better than yesterday"

"Well sitting in this room won't help your emotions K, come on. Everyone planned to go to the beach today" Kat mumbled as she scratched through her cast and moaned.

"Everyone as in.." Karma trailed off.

"I doubt Kacy will be there. You know he don't do beaches"

Karma agreed to go and eventually, the girls were all in the car and on their way to the beach. Pulling up, Dion and Morgan stood beside the car and had unloaded everything.

When stepping out, Karma grabbed Morgan and held her on her hip "You ready to get in the water, pretty girl?"

Baby Morgan laughed and hid her face in Karmas neck and she smiled. Everyone walked down towards the shore and Dion looked at Karma "Wassup with you K?"

"What you mean?" She asked, taking off her cover up. His eyes grew wide and he rushed over, covering her body up with his "Dion, move" she laughed.

"If you don't put this goddamn.." He mumbled, grabbing her cover up and wrapping it up on her. He shook his head and put his hand on her forehead "You look drained. You sure you're ok?"

She nodded "I feel fine, maybe its cause I haven't been outside in almost a two weeks" she smiled "Anyway, come get in the water with me"

Dion pulled off his shirt and grabbed baby Morgan. He opened his mouth to say something when Karma pulled off her cover up but decided against it.

"I'm telling Kacy on you. Showing your ass, and stomach and legs."

"Ok? Tell him" she shrugged as they entered the water. Baby Morgan started to laugh loudly as Dion placed her feet in the water "You like that huh snickers?"

"That's not her name"

"She always want some of my damn snickers, so yea, it is" he laughed. Karma started to go deeper into the water and Dion followed with Morgan up on his neck. She had a tight grip on his hair.

"Don't drop my baby"

"How the hell imma do that when she got a death grip on a nigga scalp?"

Karma laughed and flicked water in Morgans face, making her laugh. She reached up for her and Morgan went to her "How you and Kat? "

He shrugged and Karma slapped his chest "I'm playing, we good. I like where we at though, honestly. "

"Good. Who would've thought Dion, the guy who was all about having sex, would've settled down with a girl who used to like girls"

"That's until she got a taste of the big D" Dion joked. Karma laughed "What about you and Kacy? I heard he asked for a break or some shit"

"Yea, he did. But I haven't seen him since then and I'm glad"

"Well..." He trailed off, looking off towards the shore. Karma turned and looked in the same direction and sighed. She could see Kacy walking towards Morgan, Kat and Ash. He had his dreads pulled up high, a white tank top and basketball shorts.

"Thought he wasn't coming"

"He wasn't but shit, maybe he wanted to see you. It has been a two weeks"

"I doubt it"

"I know that nigga K. He act hard but he miss you just as much as you miss him. You know that too"

"Who said I missed him?"

"You didn't have to. Your actions say it all" Dion chuckled.

"What you mean?"

"You haven't looked away since he got here"

Just then, she noticed she didn't. Slowly, she turned towards Dion, who held a smirk on his face. "Shut up and come on" she rolled her eyes and dropped Morgan in and out the water as they approached the shore of the beach.

When Dion, Karma and baby Morgan joined everyone else, nobody said anything. Kacy looked over at Karma and licked his lips and hoped she would look over at him.

"Well, how's everyone doing?" Kat asked.

Everyone mumbled an answer and it was silent again. Karma looked up and Kacy and he stared at her. "I can talk ta' ya fa' a second?"

She nodded and passed baby Morgan to Kat and followed Kacy the short distance away. When they stopped, Kacy eyed her body. "Where's your cover up?"

"Over there" Karma pointed where the crew stood. "What you wanna talk about?"

"How you been ?" He asked. Karma cocked her head to the side "I can still ask. It don't matter what situation we in, I'm always gon be worried 'bout ya. Ya still my lil baby"

That made Karma smile a little "I'm fine Kacy, what about you?"

"Straight. Could be better" he shrugged.

"Are you done thinking things through?"

He slowly shook his head.

"How long until you're done?"

"I can't even lie, I don't know"

Karma nodded and turned to walk away until Kacy grabbed her waist and pulled her close. Again, he licked his lips and leaned forward for a kiss.

He couldn't deny the fact that she was looking damn good. The sun kissed her skin perfectly and when she smiled, Kacy's heart beat picked up a little.

Karma so badly wanted to kiss him but moved her head so all he got was the cheek. "We're on a break, right? This what you wanted?" She slowly pulled away from his grip "Then we can't and won't do any of this"

"What ya talking 'bout?"

"First, you want a break. Then you wanna kiss on me and stuff? No, you're not about to play with my emotions Kacy"

He back away and nodded, understanding "I'm sorry iight? But I do miss ya, Karma. "

"And I miss you too"

He pouted and opened his arms for a hug. Karma laughed and walked into his embrace, he placed a kiss on her temple. "I love you" he mumbled in her ear "Now go and put that damn cover up on. Got niggas staring and shit"
