I searched the shore, to and fro
For the prettiest stone I could find
I was wondering to whom to give it to
The one who's always in my mind
The gentle blow of the wind reminded me,
Something I had been neglecting
I was in search for the stone beside the sea,
Seeing the diamond I was seeking
Its brilliance was blinding as it walks
I looked, dropping all the stones
I stood frozen I couldn't talk,
My knees are weak and so are my bones
In my hands, was the prettiest treasure
More beautiful than any song
So that's why I was so unsure
It was already mine all along
There are things in life that we keep on searching. It may be the best things but little did we know , that we already have them. In our hands, there is the most beautiful treasure. :) Don't forget about yours :)
