You know what isn't so bad about living in a dorm at a prep school? You don't need to wake up so early to catch the bus and head to school. You know what's terrible about living in a dorm at a prep school? The fact that you have to take showers with other people. But, oh well. They added in shower curtains this year. Thank the Lord up in Heaven.

My dorm isn't that bad, really. My two best friends, Spence and Sophia, live with me. It's quite surprising, actually. I would've thought the headmaster would've separated us because we do everything together. I guess he doesn't mind. I also guess that since my dad's the senator, he's scared I'll be the little brat and threaten him about my father. But that's definitely not me. I wouldn't mind if I ended up with someone else as dorm mates, but whatever. These girls are at the top of my list.

Spence's alarm set off at 6:45, like it does every weekday morning. It always seems to scare the living crap out of me, but that's alright. It's nice having a heartattack to wake yourself up. Right?

I saw Spence slam on her alarm and rub her eyes. "Alright, girls. Fourty-five minutes."

I sat up on my bed and stretched. I found a clean uniform and threw that on before Sophia even decided she should get up.

"Ugh! I don't wanna get up!" She shoved her face in her pillow.

I laughed. "Spence already left, Soph. She's taking a shower."

"Are you going to?"

"Nah. I took one last night after swimming."

"Oh, yeah. I forgot." She sat up slowly. Her hair was definitely messed up from last night's sleep.

She slowly climbed down the bunk bed and stumbled a little bit. This is how it was every morning. Same thing. But I didn't mind. Being OCD really had its charms.

I looked over at my small desk to see if I had placed all the things I needed in my bag. Seeing everything was in there, I slung it over my shoulder and grabbed my key off the dresser. "I'm going to breakfast."

"No! Wait for me!" She tugged on my bag. She doesn't like to go to places by herself a lot. I never quite understood why either.

I rolled my eyes. "Alright."

I sat back down on my bed and decided to pull my hair up in a messy bun while I waited on her to finish de-tangling her hair. "Sleep okay?"

She nodded. "Yup. Did you? I saw you tossing and turning a lot."

"Uhm...I just couldn't get comfortable," I nodded my head, not looking at her. I usually don't sleep well anyways. Sophia snores and Spence talks in her sleep. It's kind of hard to sleep with all the noise.

"Ah." She pulled her hair up in a messy bun and turned. "Let's go now."

We headed out of the dorm and walked across campus to the cafeteria to go and eat breakfast. On the way, we ran into our boys, Eli, Anakin, and Jett. Anakin is Sophia's twin brother though, so I guess he's not really a guy friend to her. Yet, we all still claim them as our boys. We pretty much control them.

"Hey," Eli waved, smiling. "How are you guys?"

I smiled, "Pretty good."

Jett's eyes were blood shot.

"Jett!" I slapped him. "You're going to get into major trouble one of these days!" I turned to the other boys. "Boys, why don't you stop him?!"

"He does it when we aren't around," Anakin commented, shrugging his shoulders.

I rolled my eyes. "At least look around your dorm for the weed and take it away from him." I hated it when Jett smoked weed. It always worried me.

Jett laughed, a little dazed. "I'll stop...when February 30th comes around!"
