"You'll never believe who lives next door," Luke greets me when I walk in the door to our apartment.
"I know, it's Ms. Helen. Why do you keep talking about her?"
"No, we have another neighbor,"
"Who?"
"Ryan."
I've never been more shocked. My ex girlfriend is my next door neighbor. How awkward is that?
"How do you know?"
"She came by and told me to turn the music down,"
"How did she act?"
"She seemed tired, but I understand because it was really early in the morning,"
All I can wonder is how is she doing. Is she happy? Has she found someone else? Is that why she's in this apartment because her new boyfriend lives here and she moved in with him?
"Stop, Michael," Luke pulls me out of my thoughts.
"Sorry-um I'm gonna go take a nap."
"Whatever," he grins at me before I leave the living room to go to my bedroom.
