Chapter Five (Layla pov)

~Layla~
I was laying in Chris’s bunk just trying to figure out why everything is happening; no one knows but my sister, Tyler and I were close; I knew my sister and Tyler where Wicca. Chris came into the bunk area as I looked at him, “You want to go get something to eat?” he asked me as I shook my head, “I’m not hungry.” He looked at me a little worried but sighed, “Alright I’ll just bring you something back then.” He said as I nodded, as he left. I sighed as I just got up going into the bathroom; I just stood there watching myself in the mirror looking at all my bruises. I haven’t noticed the time until I heard voices I just stood in the bathroom in my sports bra looking at my battered body. I just sighed as I saw my sister looking in the mirror at me. “Why? Why did you let them do this?” I sighed as I looked at her, “Because, your my sister even if you’re a minute earlier than me I just feel like I have to protect you.” She shook her head at me. “eat?” I shook my head as she sighed, “You can’t do this to yourself again Layla.”

I just slid to the floor as she sat across from me, “Layla please, I don’t can’t lose you again.” I looked away in shame as she crawled over to me as she put her hand under my chin making me look at her, “Layla, I know you hate our parents for this but you can’t blame yourself.” I nodded, “so eat please.” “fine alright.” She giggled as she helped me up; “they got chicken wings,” She said as I sighed, “anything else?” “Yeah I got you subway, I know you don’t like chicken wings.” I nodded as we left the bathroom as Chris and Balz  just looked at us as my sister shook her head. I just stared at my food till someone nudged my arm I looked up to see Chris, I ate an just laid on the couch. I heard my phone going off from Chris’s bunk as I got up again and painfully went to Chris’s bunk;  “Hello?” I said as I hissed in pain.

“Hey it’s Tazzer you didn’t show for work.” I sighed, “I’m out of the state, I’m getting away from my parents they put me in the hospital.” He sighed, “Alright I’ll tell the boss about your situation and that you quit.” I sighed, “If that is what you have to do Tazz. I’ll miss my favorite bouncer.” He chuckled, “I’ll miss you too Layla.” I hung up as I saw Chris, “HI.” I said softly as he just smiled at me, “what’s you guys up to?” “nothing Your sister and Balz are in an intense argument over Batman, Angelo is still eating wings, and Ricky, Ryan and Brandon are in the back room playing video games.” I shook my head and smiled as I went into the living room and put My Little Pony’s on as they both looked at me, “what it’s the only show that will make the two of you shut up.” I giggled as Axe pouted, “Awe Axeee you know I’ll take batman away.” She gasped as she pouted even more. “Okay it’s batman vs what?” “Superman.” I snorted, “batman wins all the time over superman! Superman sucks!” he gasped as my sister smiled, “BUT Ironman rules more than batman.” With that said I walked out, “YOU KNOW IF YOU WEREN’T HURT I WOULD TOTALLY TACKLE YOU!!”

I laughed as I sighed, “hey chris were did you put my bags?” “In the bottom bunk below this one.” He said as I opened the curtain to see our stuff. I got my Hello Kitty pajama’s as I went into the bathroom and changed as I saw almost everyone looking at me. I just looked down as I just went to Chris’s bunk laying next to him. “Hi.” I mumbled as he just looked at me, “What’s wrong?” “Everyone was staring at me.” He shook his head as I lay my head on his shoulder trying to get comfortable. Chris turned on the light for the bunk as I covered my eyes and groaned, he chuckled as I uncovered my eyes, “you BETTER not be doing something naughty Layla!” I gasped, “Axlia don’t make me come out of this bunk just to torture you with tickles~” she squealed, “I’m sorry!” I could tell she ran away as Balz and Chris laughed, I opened the curtain as I looked out to see my sister peek at us, “do you think I can run? I ache” she nodded as I looked at her, as she looked at balz I can sense my twins love for him. I smiled at her as she looked at me.
