Kora's POV

"What?! No I refuse!" Eb growled out making it thunder and lightning cracked throughout the sky "What did you say" I growled, flinching on the inside. "I said I refuse to go back to that stupid pack!" She growled at me

I snarled baring my canines, "If you don't go, you will be kicked out of my pack" I said still snarling. Her eyes got wide and she sat back down "Good. Now get packed, we are leaving early tomorrow morning" I said in a dismissive voice. Wow, your really befriending them Eliza said sarcastically You know I have to. I won't have anyone I love die in my hands I sighed aloud "Kora what's going on?" Eb said. I jumped thinking she left

I looked at her and felt my wall break a little "Nothing. Rouges at the True-Frost pack, that's it" I said as cold as I could "No Kora! That's not what I fucking meant!" She hissed at me. I was gonna growl, but I just sighed instead "Just know, I love you all, but if I have to, you all will be banned from my pack" I said not giving anything away "No you wouldn't ban us! We're your family! We wouldn't leave either" she said in a voice that finalized it "Unless I use my alpha command" I said looking anywhere but at her "Kora Elise Daydream, look at me right now" she said in her mom voice

Good luck getting out of this one without blabbing Corvine hissed at me because of our mate deal. I won't

I looked at her slowly feeling my walls break as soon as I saw her with tears in her eyes, and depression flowed out of her. "Kora, what's going on?" She asked breathlessly "Just know this: I'm doing what I have to" I said more to myself "But Kora you know I'll never give up trying to know, so why not tell me" she said on the verge of sobbing

"I.... I can't" I whispered looking away "You need to get out of my office please" I sniffled locking eyes with her "Yes 'Alpha' but know this; I will find out what you are hiding" she said tears in her eyes "I do love you Eb" I called out to her "I know" she said looking at her hand which was on the knob. She then turned towards me and said "I know you love me, but I don't know how much longer I can stand this" she said walking out

Hellen, will you please sound proof my office I said sobbing internally Yeah sure Hellen said worriedly

She then whispered some Latin phrases and said Its sound proof, I know that you are doing what we all think is right, but, at least don't break your walls around people you don't trust to that I sighed loudly I know
