Eddie: My head jerked up from a book as I had heard Lissa's scream. I instantly dropped the book and quickly grabbed my silver stake that was on the bed. I went down to the living room as I saw Mia's head escape through the door. I followed quickly behind, but it was apparent that she didn't have any clue what had happened. Then I heard Lissa scream harder, and I finally saw her struggling towards something- or rather someone.
Alberta told Dimitri to stay here just in case someone tried to come in. Alberta left us and I looked over at Rose who was struggling to hold on to a thrashing Lissa. I made my way to them, looking at Rose who was grimacing now as she held on to her friend.
"Rose, let her go. I've got her" I said firmly, fully in control. My eyes went down ward, looking down at Christian's limp body. He looked horrible: pale skin, pale even for a Moroi. His mouth hung open as blood quickly dried on his lips and then on the ground beneath him.
"Rose compel her!" I said firmly. "She won't be reasonable if she's like this. "
Rose, gaining control of the situation, strolled over to where I was holding Lissa firmly that she may have bruises when she gets up tomorrow.
"Lissa, you can't freak out. You need to be reasonable. You can't fight us when we're just trying to help him. "
As Rose compelled, I felt how Lissa's body reacted, turning to weakness and if it weren't for me, she'd be on the ground.
"Get her inside, Guardian Castile." I heard Belikov's voice order me. I knew ai couldn't resist it.
"C'mon, Lissa. Lets get you inside."
Once she was inside, I placed her on the sofa, throwing a blanket over her body as she shut her eyes. After Lissa was settled in, I saw Dimitri and Alberta get in the black SUV with Christian as they drove off to the nearest hospital.
