A/N I hope you like the story so far just know I probably won't do much percy pov and I probably won't do Annabeth pov but I will do nico pov I just can't really write how those characters think and I feel it would betray their amazing characters

Percy POV

Gym class was pretty weird today but I'm looking forward to coach being the teacher. The three suspicious kids Nico told me about the ones with the 'strange souls' were able to keep up if not run faster than us during warm up and weren't even out of breathe afterwards then one of them,Carter, said that he could use weapons.

During lunch things got even weirder. Nico had insisted we keep an eye on them, kind of stalking but we have reason, we were watching when this guy came up and started flirting with Sadie, the way they do with Annabeth sometimes, and Walt, who I think is her boyfriend, looked really angry. They were talking but all I could make out was 'girlfriend', 'away', and 'agility' But the weird thing about it was; the bench near Walt's hand started turning gray. I thought I'd imagined it but, Annabeth gave me 'the look' whicht told me she'd seen it too. just then Nico shivered "What is it?" I asked him. "He definitely is not mortal, he feels the same way Thanatos does. Hmm?" Nico got a distant thinking look. "Do you think he's a demigod? He could be the son of Thanatos." I suggested. " No." Nico answered. "His soul is different from that of a demigod along with a mortals it's like it's doubled the same is true for the other two, but he feels the most like death." He explained. "Annabeth, do you have any idea?" "No, but I'll research about the two souls in one body thing that might give us a hint I'll also look for the ash thing. I'm going to the library." She kissed me on the cheek. "Love you seaweed brain." Then she ran off to the library, forgetting her lunch, so I took it back to her locker.

The bell rang as I closed my locker. I made my way across the hall to my step dad's classroom for advisor and met up with Annabeth inside. "Any results to the research?" I asked. "Not yet." She replied.

Paul started talking."Hello again class you already know me since you have me for L.A. in the morning but I'd like to get to know you better. We're going to play a game. I will call out several different options and you will go stand under the number your favourite is. Okay, let's begin." I noticed the numbers around the room, this will be interesting. I thought. "Okay. 1 cats, 2 dogs, 3 birds, 4 fish, 5 small mammals." Everyone moved. I decided to pay attention to where the suspicious three went hoping for some sort of clue. I went to fish, Annabeth went to birds along with Carter, Nico and Walt were at dogs and Sadie was at cats. Interesting, no similarities there maybe the next one. "1 spring, 2 summer, 3 fall, 4 winter." Carter, sadie, Walt, Annabeth and I all chose summer while Nico chose fall. Hmm, they all like summer, but then again the majority of people do."1 January, 2 February, 3 March, 4 April, 5 may, 6 june, 7 July, 8 August, 9 September, 10 October, 11 November, 12 December." Sadie went to march, Walt may, Carter june, Annabeth July, I went to August, and Nico went to November. Still no clues. " Let's try types of mythology. 1 Greek, 2 lydian, 3 egyptian, 4 Norse, 5 roman, 6 other." The demigods and a lot of the class went to Greek because it is a well known pantheon, I saw that Liam and Tylke were at lydian. A few kids were at Norse. Brett and Alex along with a few others were at roman, and the suspicious three all went to egyptian. What if the Egyptians are real. The Greek romans and Norse are real what if egyptian were too. I told Annabeth about my hunch. " That would explain alot and would definitely help my research, good observation. It was quite wise of you to watch their patterns, my mother would approve." She replied. I smiled wouldn't it be great if Athena approved of me, Annabeth and I would have alot easier of a time. Just then the bell rang and I went to option,marine biology.The rest of the day was rather uneventful.

Walt's pov.

I walked outside Sadie beside me, we were walking to the field to meet Alex. "You showed up?" He exclaimed. "Thought I would run away from you" Alex scoffed."Let's just start already, come on, loser." Did he just-? Oh he is going to pay.

I walked up to the starting line. "Alright cupcakes, on the count of three. One." I got into position. "Two." I'm going to beat that wimp."THREE" I start running, but Alex isn't that far behind, I weave my way through the first obstacle and find myself face to face with a rock wall. I start climbing, as I grab onto one of the holds it comes out and I'm falling through the air. I land on the ground with a thud, Alex is above me and. . . He's snickering, he rigged the wall! Come on you can do it. I here Sadie and for her I keep going.

On the top of the wall I find a twenty meter rope, fifty feet off the ground, yes there is a net underneath, but that would mean climbing back up and going across again and I couldn't afford to waist time with Alex almost at the end of his rope. I put my first foot on the rope and don't even wobble, this will be easy after rides with Freak. I see that Alex has only four meters left, he is alot slower than me, but I still have 17 meters. I look at his rope and give a slight gesture, the part of the rope beside me turns into ash and it looks as if the rope snapped, Alex falls. I know Sadie and Carter will probably pick up on it, but he cheated first. I walk the rest of the way across with a straight face wasting no time.

On the other side of the platform there were two poles that reached all the way down to the ground with interchanging one squared foot platforms five feet below each other on the apposing side all the way to the ground. What sort of a gym teacher makes obstacle courses this hard, I'm a magician and I must say it definitely would not be possible for a mortal that has not trained in the sector, so how was he doing it? I'll have to figure out later. I started jumping from platform to platform I was three quarters of the way down when I felt the poles shaking, he's caught up! I picked up the pace and eventually jumped to the ground.

Last part of the course; run twenty laps of the track, this I can do, after running from the hunting goddess with Sadie this will be a breeze. I've run seven laps when Alex comes up behind me and passes me! Come on Walt. I here Sadie's voice again. I sprint faster. I have one lap left, but so does Alex. He's only a few feet behind me and gaining. I run half the track and he passes me. Alex is beating me. He's getting ahead of me bit by bit, bit by bit I'm falling behind. Then I hear four words that make it so that I know that I must beat him: I love you Walt. After hearing those four words from Sadie. It feels like a jolt of electricity has gone through me and I've been recharged, Anubis has sent some magic through me and I hear his voice, Sadie is ours, there is no way that teenager is taking her away from us. I can feel my veins are humming with power. Me and Anubis are in agreement on this. No one is taking Sadie Kane away from us. As our minds meld into one for this moment we are truly one. With our power combined, I sprint, no its not sprinting, it's faster than sprinting. The power surging through me makes me feel more alive then I ever had before even when I wasn't hosting the god of death. There are four meters left and . . . I pass him and cross the finish line.

Sadie comes up and kisses me, not just on the cheek, really kisses me on the lips. I love you, I love you, I love you, I keep hearing in my head. I love you. I think back as she pulls me in for a hug. " I love you more." she whispers. I chuckle and smile at her, beautiful Sadie Kane. "I am never taking a chance like that again. I will do everything within our power to make sure nothing ever happens to you. " She smiles and leans up against me. I put my arm around her, I can feel her heart beating. I am the luckiest person on earth, and in the duat, all because of Sadie Kane.

A/N sorry about the fluff if you didn't like it I just find that there is never any drama with Sadie's relationship but there is always drama and fluff about percabeth so I thought I'd switch it up a little and I feel people write off Sadie's relationships without even giving it a chance.
