Why me?

Chapter 5: #Smile

School is over for today and I've decided to join my friends to the mall. Brianna's sister, Brenda, sent us there by car. 

"Hey" Bri says to her sister, "Hey Brenda" me and my other friends greet her as we walk into the car. 

"Heyyy girls! so how was your first day of school?" Brenda replied. 

"It was quite okayyy. I'm pretty sure I've slept in every class today" says Bri, "Yeah it's like a normal class nothing interesting" Kelly continue and the rest of us agree to it. 

"Except..." said Sophie and all of us looked at her and she continue with a smirk "there's some hot guys in there" she giggled. Brenda just laughed because I'm sure she knows how it feels like to be in high school especially on the first day. 

10 minutes later, we arrived at the mall and we thank Brenda for sending us there. We walk into the mall and went to get something to eat first since we all are really hungry. We went to our favorite place and it is located near the bookstore. It is not a restaurant or something like a fast food place. I think it is more like a cafe. 

"Hello, welcome back girls!" says the owner of the place, Gabriel. "Hey Gab!" "Hello Gabby" we greet him back and we walk to our own seats which is on the corner of the cafe. 

Gabriel is the owner of the "#Smile" cafe. He is nineteen years old, and came from a rich family but trust me he is super nice and friendly. He treated all of us like his own sisters. He opened this cafe last year and ever since then, me and my friends always go there to hangout after school or maybe on the weekends. Sometimes he helped us with our homework and school stuff. 

"UGHH I'M SO HUNGRY!" Kelly shouted and some of the customers in the cafe stare at her but she didn't really care about all that. Gabriel just laugh at her. 

"As usual?" He asked us "YESSS" Kelly shouted once more and the rest of us nod at him. 

"So how was school today?" he asked while preparing our food and again we said the same thing which is "It was okay" "Nothing interesting". 

When my other friends are talking about their hair (....girls stuff). I went near Gabriel and asked if he needed some help. 

"Do you need some help?" I asked while looking at those delicious food on the kitchen counter. 

"Nahh, You're a little late. I'm almost finish." he replied 

"Damn it, I missed my chance" I said jokingly 

"I know what you want but you're won't getting it" he laughed.

"I don't want anything, I just want my food" I replied with an innocent face.

"aww of coarse you want your food...and the recipes" He said with a baby talk while pitching my cheeks. HARD.

"Ouch! Okay okay! fineee you win!" I replied while rubbing my cheeks.

"Yes I win! Now help me carry these foods" He commanded

"Sir yes sir!" I replied with a deep voice. Gabriel just laugh at my sudden action and I helped him carry the food to our table.

 " Yes food!" Kelly said loudly and once more grab the attention of other customers in the cafe. Gabriel join us in our table and we talk about all kind of stuff while eating.
