Chapter 36: The life your forced to live.

Delmi's Point Of View:

Delmi sat on the cold metal cage as the sound of satan calling out on Mason probally. Delmi's face was pale and porcelain white, no pale in it once or ever. "Get in there" a mans voice growled out as a somewhat small boy came barreling through, hitting his head on the metal bars.

Delmi looked up from her legs and noticed it looked alot like Mason, in the 5th grade. His skin was burnt to a crisps as the smell of smoke radiated off him like a fireplace. "Mason" she whispered staring at the child. His eyes looked at hers as Delmi/s eyes looked the same way. Shock displaying through their pupils and irises.

"What happened to you" she whispered as a jolt surged through his body sending him de-aging again to his 8 year old form. "Oh my god" Delmi banged on the cages eyes flaming in anger.

"WHAT DID YOU DO" she roared as the man just snickered and slowly watch the two children with steady glares. "Well since you are both locked away I guess I should tell you why this happened".

"Well a long time ago, my brother Samuel and I discovered one day of a being of pure Energy and power. We did not know this yet and allowed him in our home to rest and relax before our parents got home. Well, during the night I tried to take some of that power for my self, but of course my idiotic hero of a brother tried and I said TRIED to stop me.

We soon came to realize that after his FAILED attempt at stopping me that I gained some weird abilities. One was of course, telekinisis. But over the years that I have developed this gift, my brother Samuel decided to end it and sent the gift he collected from the man to three children. And one of them was his son, and that is Mason for ya. He is the son of my brother, so technically I am his uncle."

He smirked deviously and watched as Mason shriveled under the pressure.

"What does this have to do with Me anyways". Delmi slapped the bars as the man just grinned.

"When my idiotic brother gave his power away, it somehow went into YOU. And now I want it for myself. This energy is called Pure Essence. It is a type of energy that courses through everyone's genetic code. If enough is in the Atoms and genes it causes a surge to the heart giving you the abilities Pure Essence can give. I, in general have the ability to Control anything I look at and you nitwits got Samuals time travel." He rubbed his beard staring down at the floor.

"And since I can not time travel myself, I'm using his Pure Essence to do so" he smiled widely and held his hand up as golden dust surged out from his hand making Mason scream and wither in pain.

Delmi banged on the bars harder than ever before making a loud rattle hiss through the air. "You will NOT get away with this" she tried to claw at the man who just shrugged. "Now it's time for me to pay a visit with an old friend" he smirked before vanishing in a vortex of golden dust.

Percy grumbled and continued to twist and turn in the ice bed he made. It was funny how cold it was for everyone else but to him it did nothing but keep him comfortable.

"Percy" a voice whispered over to him. He sat up from his bed and looked around. Nothing. His hair spiked at the back of his head, on his neck. "Percy" the voice sounded like a hiss as he turned to see a man completely covered in white with golden red eyes and a soulless glare.

Percy growled at him and felt the pull in his gut as the man went flying out the door into the lake below. "What are you doing here" Percy snapped raising his hand up high as his body became sucked into a massive tsunami.

"ANSWER MY QUESTION" Percy turned to see the man smirking wildly. "Just wait Percy Jackson, Lorem and the kids will be mine soon enough" his smirk widened as his body vanished in a tornado of golden dust.
