Chapter 35: Avengers Assemble

Delmi sighed and looked around shadows making their own moves. The screaming continued as she covered her ears to block out the continuous Crying of lost spirits.

"Let me out of here or I WILL kick your butt at the end of this" she roared the demonic figured stopping and the man turning. He was not an elder man but a middle aged man with blonde hair and fiery red eyes.

His eyes showed greed and power almost like Satan. "Hello dear" he coed and walked to the cage.

"What do you want" she snapped at him as the the two gave eachother death glares. Ones that will burn through your skin into your inner most personality and soul.

"Why do you need me" she barked the man just snickered and continued on.

"My name's Ralonio, I am here to collect something I lost" his finger gently rubbed against the metallic surface of the cage.

"Your about to loose a lot of something if you don't let me out" The man just continued to ramble. 'I just need to find my way out'.

Percy sighed and watched as Mason tried to lift the water and of course he failed. "Come on let the energy flow through you like a water through a faucet." Mason rolled his eyes in the backround as Tony (ironman) landed in front of him making me jump.

"So how's things been" his metallic voice called out as Percy and Mason shrugged and sat down on a piece of ice. Hawkeye and Widow were in the backround hunting for wild bears to hunt and so what.

"Do you happen to know where Delmi is" Mason looked around trying to look for something to spot of her. "No?" Percy started to panic a little. "It's fine".

"Are you sure" Mason mumbled into his jacket trying to conceal the heat as day fell. "I am going out to find her" Percy nodded grimly as Mason charged down the steep(ish) hill into the woodlands.

Percy sighed and sat on a piece of ice he made out of the newly made dew on the grass.

His warm breath condensed in the cold starless night as he sat up his mind rushing with ideas and such.

"Why did I bring them into this" he sighed now slumping again.
The sound of twigs snapped besides him as he jumped already in battle position and stared at captain.

"Captain why are up so late" the teen wondered aloud as captain snickered sitting down on a patch of grass. "I always stay up this late, to see the stars and such."

Percy looked up as the dark gloomy feeling of dread, guilt, and sorrow was washed away with a wave of light from the stars above. "So, if I tell you this will you not tell anyone else". The question left an processing glimmer in his eyes before he nodded and sat up a little taller awaiting the possible tale.

Flames licked the boys face as the weight of all of his bad doings fell upon him. His soul seemed to stretch and rip into many different pieces as the boys brown and golden striped hair glowed in the fire.

"Delmi" he yelled letting the echoes fill the fiery death trap. "Delmi" he yelled again as the sounds of laughter echoed at the other end.

"DELMI? Are you here" he yelled a third time the loudest he has ever screamed before and some one responded.

"Hello" a deep gruff voice yelled As he jumped an dark and evil laugh echoing over the crackle of fire. "Welcome to your nightmare child"
