Nothing can make
You more cautious
Than your bad memories
Nothing will ever be
More painful than death
Even if it's you
Who has died
It leaves unanswered questions
And unspoken regrets
There will always be
Someone who won't
Forgive themselves for
Your death
So make sure
To let everyone know
That their apologies
Are forgiven and words said
In order to leave
With everyone at peace
Because the dead
Can't rest if everyone
Is punishing themselves
For their death
