"What the fudge?" I heard someone whisper. I kept my eyes closed tightly. It sounded like Skylar so much.
"Who the hell are you?!" The voice screamed. My head snapped up.
Skylar was awake, and staring at me with horrified eyes. My eyes widened.
"Skylar?" I asked, my voice trembling.
She shook her head.
"I- I don't remember." She said.
I ran to quickly get a doctor.
The doctor rushed in, with a couple of nurses; shining a flashlight in her eyes.
One of the nurses ushered me out, and I walked over to a payphone.
I dialed Darry ' s number, and it rang for a few seconds.
"Hello? Curtis household. How may I help you?" Darry asked.
"Darry? It's Johnny." I heard him take a deep breath.
"Is everything OK, Johnny?" He asked.
"I need you to come to the hospital." Darry started firing questions at me.
"What's wrong? Are you OK? How bad are you hurt?" I barely had time to make sense of them.
"Darry, it's Skylar. She's awake."
Darry hung up. I knew he was on his way here.
