= RYDER'S P.O.V=

I kissed her. 

Finally I plucked up my courage to do that ! I thought I never will ! I'm so happy Kherrington kissed me back. I wanted us to stay like that forever, be like we're the only two people in this world. 

I smiled at her. She smiled back. 

I bowed down like a prince and said, "Would you like to have this dance, my princess?"

She blushed. Oh, why does she have to be so cute?? She's irresistable

"I'll be honoured."

=KHERRINGTON'S P.O.V=

Ryder bowed down like a prince and said, "Would you like to have this dance, my princess?"

I blushed. He called me his princess... heehe

"I'll be honoured.", I said, trying not to faint out of excitement

Ryder grabbed my hand and pulled me to the dance floor.

He took my hand and squeezed it gently. He put one hand at my waist and took my hand in his. I put one hand on his shoulder.

I felt safe in his arms.

"I... don't know how to dance...", I said

"Don't be silly !"

"Seriously Ryder ..."

He looked into my eyes and smiled. He whispered to me,"Why do you think I've been watching those dance videos, then?"

I giggled. "You what?"

"I want to impress you." 

I blushed. I think I looked like a tomato now...

"Wow, Ryder..I - just.. wow.." I felt so touched. I felt appreciated . No boy has ever done this for me before. Buy a rose, sure- but NEVER watch dance videos to impress me. That's just- WOW..

"Aahh ! Shut up and dance." he gave me his famous smirk. "Never let go. You're safe with me."

I melted at that last part...

My legs felt wobbly and I felt like fainting.

A slow song was played. I caught Rane's eyes and she smiled at me knowingly. I saw a few popular girls staring at us with their mouth hanging open. I hope they choke on flies ! 

Mean, I know- but they deserved it ! They tried to steal my man !

'My man' .. Wow.. I'm madly in love with Ryder, aren't I ?

We glided across the dance floor. Many couples were dancing too, but it felt as if we were the only two people here. We were made for each other. 

Ryder never took his eyes off me and I just keep getting lost in his gaze.

We danced a few dances and everytime I look at him, I got so nervous.

We sat down after a while and then went to search for my gang.

"Heeeeeeyyyy ...." Breena , Rane and the girls greeted us...

The boys were sitting down at the table.

"So?? What happened??"

"Oooohhh!! Kherri's got a boyfriend !!!"

"I saw you two dancing together!!!!!"

"OMG !!! OMG !! OMG!!"

"Heyyy !! Chill.. one at a time...", I said, telling them to calm down.

Ryder plopped down beside the two guys.

=RYDER'S P.O.V=

"Someone's got a girlfriend..." Wyatt teased me.

My cheeks reddened at the word.

Wow.. 

Kherrington - my girlfriend. I smiled at the thought.

But, there was something she should know....

How would I tell her ??

When Kherrington finished answering the girls' questions , I thought I could take that chance to tell her. 

"Hey..", I walked to her. "Want a lift? "

She smiled at me."Sure. If you're kind enought to take me."

"Of course I will. You're my princess, remember?"

I took her to my car ( yes, I have a car.. well, secretly, that is)

She got in and buckled her seatbelt. She was fumbling with her seatbelt. I leaned over and buckled it for her.

"Thanks.."

"No prob"

It was an awkward ride home. I didn't know what to say.. and I guess she was too nervous say something.

When we arrived, she got out of the car. I got out too. 

"Umm.. Kherrington?"

She turned around. "Yup?"

"I needa tell you something." I said uncertainly.
