Buern's POV:
I do not exactly know when it started. Nangyari na lang. I started seeing her in the most unusual way.

I can't even pinpoint what did I really like in her. Given naman na maganda sya at mabait. Pero dito naman sa showbiz, sandamakmak ang magaganda. Although, hindi lahat eh mababait. But marami rin namang mapagpipilian.

But this woman is different. Her beauty is beyond skin deep. Everytime na ngumingiti sya, she brightens up the room.

Yung tipo bang kahit buysit na buysit ka na sa araw eh pwede nyang baliktarin, pagnakita mo na syang tumatawang nakabuka lang ang bibig at walang lumalabas na sound.

Hahahaha! This woman is really one of a kind... Hay....

Vice:
Buern, hoy, ano ba't tulala ka dyan? Kaloka! Kanina pa kita kinakausap.

I suddenly snapped out of my trance

Buern:
Ano ka ba 'teh? Ang gulat ko naman sa yo..



Vice:
Eh ikaw eh. Tuleley ka na naman dyan. Ano bang iniisip mo?.... Sinabi ko naman sa yo ipasa Diyos mo na yung rubbershoes na binigay mo dun sa little boy mo. Kakarmahin din yun! Tutubuan din yun ng athlete's foot sa bawat singit ng daliri nya.

Tumawa ng malakas si Vice habang nakatingin sya sa reflection nya sa salamin dito sa dressing room ng GGV.

Buern:
Hay naku, ikaw ang di makamove-on dyan sa issue na yan eh. Kinalimutan ko na yon. Wa na akong paki dun sa little boy na yun.



Nakita kong kumunot ang noo ni Vice habang binabaling-baling nya ang ulo nya sa kaliwa at kanan to check on his hair.



Vice:
Eh ano ba yang ini-emote emote mo pa dyan? Ilang araw na kitang nahuhuling nakatulala. May problema ka ba?



Lumingon si Vice patalikod to look at me in the eyes. I felt a bit trapped with his question.



Buern:
Tulala lang teh.. Problema na agad? Di ba pwedeng pinapauso ko lang yung mukhang timang na look?



Humarap uli si Vice sa salamin at nagpatuloy sa pag-ayos ng hair nya.



Vice: Ay ewan sa yo.. Asikasuhin mo muna tong buhok ko. Nandyan na daw si K. Ok pa ba yung ayos ng hair ko?



My heart slightly jumped when I heard Vice mention her name. Kalerky! Ano ba tong nangyayari sa akin? I tried to focus on Vice first.



Buern: Ok pa teh.. Pogi ka pa rin.



Teasing Vice with the word POGI, I am sure mag-iinarte na naman to.



Vice: Ok. Eh yung make-up ko? Nasaan ba si Meme Archie?



Wow! Himala hindi nagreact sa word na Pogi. Vice moved nearer to the mirror to check his make-up.



Buern:
Ewan ko, kausap si Ateng Sol yata kanina. Wait check ko ha..



I was about to pull the door when it opened. In came Archie wearing his naughty smile..



Vice:
Hoy Chie, ano't pangisi-ngisi ka dyan? Retouch mo na ang make-up ko.



Archie went behind Vice and looked at his reflection in the mirror.



Archie:
Ate, pinapatanong ni Ate Sol kung pwede daw bawasan ang make-up mo. Nakakahiya naman daw kay Kurbs.



Napahinto sa pagcheck ng sarili si Vice at lumingon kay Archie.



Vice:
Ganern? Sabihan mo na lang sila, na kapalan ang make-up ni Karylle. O kaya Chie, ikaw na kaya magmake-up kay Karylle. Maya mukha na namang diwata yun paglabas. Gawin mong sexy. Gawin mong sophisticated.



Napalunok ako sa mga sinabi ni Vice.
....Sexy? Sophisticated?

I've always admired Karylle for being elegant. Kahit minsan nagmimistulang Manang sya sa mga attire nya, I still think that her fashion sense reflects her sweetness and simplicity. At yan ang mga bagay na nagustuhan ko sa kanya.

Teka, NAGUSTUHAN?? Ano ba tong pumapasok sa isip ko? Do I really like Karylle??? Like in THAT way??

Before my head can formulate an answer, hinila na ako ni Archie papunta sa dressing room right across Vice's dressing room. Archie was about to open the door when i stopped him.



Buern:
Hoy ateng, mag-knock ka muna kaya? Mamaya nagbibihis yan si Miss Karylle?



Napaatras si Archie at lumingon sa akin.



Archie:
Ms. Karylle telege?!! Pormal mo naman teh. Eh ano kung nagbibihis? Pare-pareho naman tayong girls..? Hahahaha!



Dahil dala-dala ni Archie ang mga make-up eklavu nya, pinaforward nya ako para ako ang kumatok.



Buern:
Ms. K? Tao po...


The door opened and bumungad sa amin si Sydney, ang stylist at best friend ni K. Sydney let us in the room and pointed to Karylle who was sitting in front of the mirror. She was wearing a black dress and her favorite black leather jacket over it.



Her face brightened up when she saw me and Archie came in.

Karylle: Oh hey mga memes! Advance party ba kayo ni Viceey?? Nasaan sya?



Archie walked past me and showed his make-up bag to Karylle.



Archie: Napag-utusan po lamang kami..



When Karylle saw the make up kit, she cutely rolled her eyes and laugh.



Karylle:
Eto talaga si Pogi ayaw magpatalo sa kagandahan... Hahaha! Nandito ba kayo para papangitin ako?



Karylle's laugh made a ticklish feeling in my heart. Dios mio, ang cute cute nya talaga tumawa. I could spend the whole day just listening to her laugh..



Archie:
Hindi po, inatasan po nya kami na gawin ka naming mas mukhang girlash kaysa sa kanya. And since, ayaw nyang pabawasan ang make-up nya. Ikaw na lang ang gagawan namin ng paraan.



With that, Archie put his make up bag on top of the counter and took a good look at Karylle's make-up.

Karylle looked lovely as ever. Kung ako lang talaga, I wouldn't want her to change anything. Pero ano ba naman ang say ko dito. Eh hair stylist ako.. Hindi naman make-up artist.

Archie started working on Karylle's make up habang nagbu-busy-busyhan ako sa cellphone ko to keep my eyes off Karylle.

At after a few minutes, Archie asked me to look at his finished product.

I almost dropped my phone when I saw Karylle. Homaygad! Ang sexy ni Kurba! The darker eye shadow, the deeper shade of lipstick made her so so sexy! Naspeechless talaga ako..



Karylle: O Mama Buern, what can you say? Ok na ba? Pwede na bang maging GF ni Pogi?




My heart broke into pieces when i heard her last question. Inggit na
inggit ako kay Vice. Because tonight, it's a ViceRylle night.. And kahit pansamantala lang, Vice can call this beautiful woman in front of me, his.

I tried to look away to hide my jealousy and tried to search for an answer to her question.
