Chelsea
As I cried into his chest, he rested his cheek on the top if my head and brushed my long hair. "Chelsea, do you want more blood?" He whispered quietly to me.
"I need some," I whispered. After a few minutes, I finally let stopped crying and leaned up. "Go wash your face. I'll be waiting for you outside." I swatted him again and dashed to my room. I grabbed the face wash and used my vampire speed to wash my face as fast as possible.
I wanted to prove that I could be faster than him. I gently wiped my face clean and I ran out of the room. I sat down on the couch silently. I smiled to myself when I realized that he wasn't in the room yet. He came out into the living room and stared at me in surprise. It was my turn to smirk at him. He was now wearing a solid black muscle tank with his hair slightly messy. He was hot.
"Ready for a hunt?" He stared at my body while asking. "Hunt?" I asked curiously. "As in humans, beautiful." His voice ringing in my ear. "Get out of my head," I muttered, annoyed now. He ignored me and showed me glimpses of people that were outside and were walking around all warm and delicious... I thought of everything besides Lucas, and as soon as I stopped thinking about him, the images stopped. I sighed in relief.
LUCAS
Chelsea didn't want to hunt. I couldn't believe how much compassion she had for humans. Vampires weren't supposed to care about humans unless they were soulmates. Maybe she and Carter... I didn't want to think about it. Chelsea gave out a little sigh of relief when she blocked me out from her pretty little head. I'd stop her from killing if she wished. I tried telling her telepathically, and her tense body relaxed a little.
"Who do you want for a midnight snack?" I asked devilishly.
Chelsea was nervous again. "I don't really care," she whispered. This was going to be harder than I thought. I took off to the streets where the humans were and she was a few seconds behind me. I abruptly stopped to wait for her but she zoomed past me. She was running towards the humans at her full speed and I caught up to right before she bit her first victim.
He was the first human we found and Chelsea was ready to drain him. She whined quietly to herself then growled loudly. Having internal conflicts, I assumed. "I'll stop you Chelsea, I promise," I murmured to her quietly. Her fangs shot out and the man shouted in terror. I quickly compelled him to be quiet and Chelsea slowly made her way to him. She bit him and slowly drank his blood
Chelsea
We found our first victim. My jaws were aching again and I was struggling to not rip his head off and savor all the blood. His heart was pounding and that made it even harder to control myself. "I'll stop you Chelsea, I promise," Lucas murmured to me quietly. I felt my fangs shootout and the stranger screeched in terror. Lucas told him to be quiet and to my surprise, he obliged. I slowly walked over to this man. I brought his wrist to my lips and slowly drank his blood.
It was the most amazing feeling in the world. It was do much better than the old blood from the bag. It felt like I was in heaven. I moved up to his neck to find more and the blood was rushing out and I greedily drank it. After a few seconds, his knees gave in and he collapsed against my body and I held him up to continue drinking.
