Valkyries pov:
The small piece of paper I found lodged in the door of my small cabin in the forest describes a limited time only event where you have to fight a guest appearence boss from another RPG solo. The reward is a lump sum payment of money and a limited time exclusive sword, The Legends Katana.
"This should be rather interesting" I murmur to myself, stuffing the last piece of toast in my mouth I had just made for my breakfast.
The location is a hidden boss room on floor 50. So not many high leveled mobs compared to me but still known to house some shady groups including a branch of laughing coffin that likes to pick on any up and coming adventurers and murdle them to hell.
"Heck, if this limited time event is bogus I guess I can always hunt down some of those laughing coffin noobs" I smile sadisticaly to myself. "and if I do find some of those scum...I am not very merciful"
Time Skip: 14:00 hours time to move soldier xD.
Whistling the opening song to "Kill Bill" as I travel down the lone dirt road, coming up to the mouth of a cave, the instructions led me to here, I eye the entrance skeptically.
"This most definitely is not a boss room, even if its a limited time only deal" I sigh to myself, clearly someone thought it would be amusing to bring me here.
"Greetings, madame!" a booming voice grabs my attention behind me. "Thankyou for accepting our invite so easily, we thought you would take much more convincing to be brought before the eyes of god" The voice continues.
Oh god not this guy again. Turning around, I spot a group of about eight laughing coffin members watching me from a vantage point, being led by their leader, a religous quoting idiot.
"The lord has told me that you are a menace to the great journey and you must be expelled from this mortal coil in order for this Aincrad crusade to begin" He laughs insanely. "All none believers must be destroyed" he continues.
"Wrong bible buddy" I smirk back, putting my hands behind my neck, still whistling the kill bill opening for giggles and other things.
"Enough, how dare you judge the gods mouthpiece, kill her boys!" the leader laughs, unsheating his sword. The other members follow suit, one with dual wielding axes.
"What the hell, dual wielding axes? Really?" I mutter to myself, readying for their attack.
"Attack under the name of thy lord!" the leader says, charging at me.
The first one charges blindly, clearly not expecting too much of a fight, hes right though, this is not much of a fight as I slice my blade directly down his shoulder, taking his arm within seconds. I jump a low blow to my knees and roundhouse kick the person behind me, sending him into the "child of god". Cursing under my breath, I lean back, dodging underneath an axe blow aiming for my neck. The enemy pushes me back and i narrowly dodge each blow whilest keeping his two friends in check with flicks of my blade in there direction, I spot an opening and thrust my sword straight, hitting the handle and shattering one of his weapons.
"I guess their durability is terrible" I chuckle under my breath, knocking the man out with the handle of my sword.
I easily swing my sword and fight two more enemies into submission. They were not even a challenge. The guy I kicked moves forward now with another swordsman and they swing wildly at me, clearly losing their cool. I click my fingers and Ao sends them flying back into a tree, knocking them out at impact.
"T-T-The lord tells me to retreat!!" the leader yells hysterically, turning tail and running, making me sweatdrop. I decide to let them go, not in the mood to overexert myself fighting two noobs.
"The lord shall smite thee down" is his final remark and I chuckle to myself, even though I did not recieve my "Limited edition weapon" this was a pretty interesting day.
I walk into the cave and spot the hidden boss room of this floor.
"I guess all fiction has some fact in it" I murmur, somewhat surprised.
