he walked through the door smiling in her direction

"sup phyco" tobiias smiled towards Samantha using his new nick name he developed for her surly using it against her in the future

"hey" she smiled looking back out of the window looking at the people who wandered in and out of the hospital

"whats up with you" he asked looking her up and down obviously seeing a difference in her attitude

"nothing" she didn't bother looking at him. she was waiting for cassie. one thing she hated was the review sessions with the doctors. but the one thing she hated more was emergency review sessions. the worst part was she was missing her boyfriends return. with no phone still in harrys possession she had no way of telling her boyfriend how much she loved her birthday present.

"dude stop sulking lets go do something " he said excitedly going against his very quiet and flirtatious personality. At this moment in time he was almost needy for her attention which struck her as odd.

"i cant" she said looking at him " iv got no energy today bro sorry" she said looking at him without the painted smile on her face which had been painted on since Tobiias showed his face 2 days ago. her eyes had purple bags under them, her cheeks hollow, her skin had a slight purple/ blue tint, her collar bone sticking out to the point where it looked painful. today she didn't even bother to cover her fathers scars, the light purple scars was very noticeable to all around her.

"But...."

"Its something you will learn tobiias with cancer comes sleepless nights, tired painful days and agonising chemotherapy sessions" she mumbled as she spotted cassie walking through the hospital doors with seconds to spare the little blue mini bus pulled into the carpark.

moments later she was collected by the nurses. she left Tobiias on his own. developing his game plan. spinning his web of destruction.

Samantha's pov

my head was banging massively my eyes hurt. cassie wheeled me into the office of DR kile. this couldn't be good. they knew me and Michael would end up together so the day he comes home I'm pulled into emergency it must be Important.

"what did you do?" cassie asked, the reviews wasn't always medical if your lashing out refusing to take your medication then you get an emergency review. As far as they know I'm taking my meds so why the review

"nothing, cass its me. goody too shoes. I don't lash out or yell or skip my meds" the last part was a lie but she didn't need to know that."im not my siblings"

"i know but-" she got cut off by DR Kile came into the office

"good morning sam. miss Reard" he smiled towards us. in a similar matter to how he did it at Christmas

This couldn't be good.

"We can take it out" he said lowly "but it comes with its complications" that was my only option

Cassie continued to sob into her hands refusing to calm down

"What are the complications" I asked calmly making it seems as if I was thinking about it

"Infertility, you can loose the working function of your upper leg,it could just regrow." He listed the risks "you may not even wake up from the operation" he sighed

"If I leave it?"

"Its could effect your cancer percentage" a cancer percentage is how much of your body is effected by cancer "its already hight Samantha I won't lie to you"
