Percy's POV

I woke up drenched in sweat.
She's gone, she's gone. She died and I just let it happen. I just let her die.
NO, Percy, she's fine. When you get out of bed she'll be in the kitchen waiting for you. She'll be there with your hot chocolate and her coffee, holding Charlie.
I forced myself out of bed and into the kitchen. Oh thank the gods, she's fine. I thought to myself when I saw her sitting on one of the bar stools feeding Charlie his bottle.
I wrapped my arms around her from behind. "Hey Seaweed Brain, how'd you sleep?" I sat down on the barstool next to her and rested my head on the cool countertop.
"I take it not well." She said rubbing my back. I shook my head and sat back up, I picked Charlie up out of her arms and kissed his forehead. He made a cute bubbly baby noise.
"Percy, do you want to talk about it?" Annabeth asked handing me Charlie's bottle. I shook my head and smiled at him. "Come on Perce' it will make you feel better. Anyway, Charlie said his first words while you were asleep." I looked at her in shock. She nodded, "he said, and I quote, 'Daddy wooks wike a fish'" she said the last little bit in a baby voice. I looked at her and Charlie, Annabeth was laughing, and Charlie had his eyebrow raised at me in the most adorable way possible.
"Seaweed Brain you should get ready for school." I nodded and handed Charlie back to her.
I really don't want to teach today.
